Bad experience

Property was neglected black mold in shower and in the jets of the tub 1 trash bag electrical fixture in kitchen had no cover plate improper tv instructions downspout clogged and overflowing on patio went to scoot the kitchen chair up to the table and fell onto the floor when the seat fell off. Worst of all when I made the reservation I specifically asked if there was a unit number and was told no just the address got there and there was a required unit number I contacted the number you supplied if their was any problem never got a call back called the other company listed on my reservation they gave me the unit number this only took an hour and a half after we arrived very poor communication
