The kitchen is stocked with any cookware you might need and plenty of seating. Netflix, Apple, Amazon, cable tv and an xbox provided for your enjoyment.

A nice side yard with a gas grill is shared with the separate basement unit (booked separately) and is yours to enjoy the 300 days of sunshine that Fort Collins hosts every year
We have two cameras outside the home. One is above the front door and the other is above the garage over looking the alley.
