The sleeping arrangements are comfortable, and the space is ideal for couples or friends seeking a getaway.
* We provide privacy while still allowing guests to enjoy the beauty of our property.
* Our friendly dogs and free-range poultry adds a charming touch to the rural experience.
* Our property is a wonderful escape for those looking to unwind and reconnect with nature.
▪︎Want to fish for Lake Erie Perch and Walleye? There is room to park your boat.
* Enjoy deer watching in the evening and early morning in the back fields.
▪︎We are an active farm. You will see farm equipment and tree logs around the side of the property. We use the logs to heat all of our buildings in the winter.
☆☆☆The stairs to the bedroom loft are steep and may be physically challenging to some people. The bedroom loft ceiling height is also low.☆☆☆
* Due to the high bedroom loft and steep steps, this may not be ideal for small children. However, we do have gates upon request and the top rails are 2 inches higher than code.
* We have two large dogs, free range chickens, and ducks. We prefer no pets but will take certain circumstances in to consideration.
* There is a gate under the patio to keep our animals out of your patio and backyard space.
* We are an active husbandry and apiary farm. You may be visited by friendly chickens and ducks. The beehive is far away from the tiny guest house.
* There is also some wildlife who have been seen roaming around the farmlands and deer who like to run across our property.

We are Brad and Maureen Crawford - Cofounders of Crawford's Hospitality Partners, LLC. We have been married over 30 years and have 3 adult kids. Brad is a Processing Engineering Manager at a local manufacturing company. Maureen has been in the criminal justice career for over 20 years. We love to travel, build and create. We plan on retiring from our W2s( in the near future) to operate and scale our short term rental cohosting and consulting company as well as our horticulture farm and our build & design business.

We moved into this property in 2017. We love the peace and serenity it has to offer. We constructed, designed, and furnished this tiny home (from a shed) by ourselves. We put in a lot of love and thought to share a unique place and to provide memorable experiences for guests to relax, unwind, and get away from reality for a bit.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
Step into a unique rustic themed barndomimium style tiny home with modern amenities. The 14 foot ceiling gives this 502 square foot tiny home a spacious feel. The ceilings come from a 19th century old barn. There is a mix of antique and modern furnishings. You would feel right at home.
Step into the faux tin shower with a rain shower head with plenty of room for two people.
The kitchen is fully equipped to cook your own meals on the induction stove. Enjoy morning complimentary coffee on the furnished back patio with hundreds of acres of farmland views and watch the deer come out of the tree lines. There are two comfortable egg chairs that would quickly put you to sleep.
Relax in the all-year-round hot tub underneath the dark country sky with the best star gazing experience. Cuddle next to the firepit to enjoy that wood crackling sound in the country air.
Enjoy the chickens and ducks that love to roam around the property and (at times) wait outside your door to say "Hi."
