Good Christmas Stay

The property was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and, there was enough room for us to have our small family conduct a good Christmas Eve gathering.

Charming, Close to UNT

This was a lovely house in a quiet neighborhood just blocks from UNT. Clean and charming inside, will stay here again next time I'm in Denton!

Perfect for us

This property was perfect for my family of 5. It had everything we needed and was comfortable throughout. Beds were comfy and owner communicated promptly. House was near several stores as well as Denton Square. We loved it!

No hiccups. Easy in and out.

Our host immediately messaged us after booking to confirm, messaged us a day before with additional check-in information, was available during our stay. And ensured we knew how and when to check-out. I did not have to worry about anything. The host left Enough snacks at the house to get us through in between meals since we were only there a few days. Extra linens were convenient. New washer and dryer are operational and great for us with kids. Didn’t have to travel and come home with dirty clothes.

Nice house in a calm neighborhood

We had a nice stay at the house. The neighborhood was really calm, still downtown Denton is only a 5 minute drive away. There is ample parking space at the house. We really liked what was available, from soap in the bathroom, detergent for the washing machine to coffee, snacks and water in the fridge. There are as well boardgames available. For us as family of 6 it would have been good to have a 6th chair for the table (there are four at the table in the living room and two bar chairs in the kitchen plus one in the main bedroom). Our youngest child slept with us in the very large bed in the main bedroom. All this was as shown on the pictures and described so we did not expected to have more beds.
