Welcome to this stunning, fully remodeled 8th-floor apartment offering the perfect blend of comfort and beauty. With two spacious bedrooms and three beds- one king-size bed and two twin beds. The bed linens and pillows in this apartment are incredibly comfortable, providing you with a truly luxurious experience during your stay. This retreat comfortably accommodates up to four guests.

The apartment features a well-appointed bathroom, a full kitchen where you can whip up delicious meals, and a cozy living room for relaxation. Enjoy your meals at the dining table or step out onto the balcony to savor oceanfront views.

Please note that the parking garage has low ceilings if you are looking to rent a vehicle. Tall card and druks will not enter.

While washers and dryers are available in the unit, please note that they are not for guest use. Conveniently, shared laundry facilities can be found on the first floor for your laundry needs.

Guests will have access to 1 parking space, the beach and the pool.

If you plan to explore the area and places such as Condado, Old San Juan, for example, you may use scooter and/or ubers.
If you wish to explore further away places, such as Rincón or Aguadilla , renting a car can be a great option.

The reservation includes one paper towel rolls and 2 rolls per bathroom! If you need anyone there are local pharmacies or supermarkets nearby.
Please keep everything as it was found.
Avoid damaging items in the unit or they will be charged after house cleaning.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Please keep noise levels down during your stay out of respect to the neighbors.
