The living room features large windows that fill the condo with natural light and offer picturesque views of the golf course and nature. The living room is furnished with a cozy accent chair and a large couch/sleeper sofa that can be converted into a Queen bed. The sleeper sofa is equipped with a comfortable new gel memory foam mattress and 100% Organic Cotton high-quality linens and pillows. The living room has a 50-inch Smart TV with cable TV (including The Golf Channel) for your viewing pleasure. Guests are able to sign-on to their Nextflix, Hulu, etc. accounts via the respective apps. A selection of board games is also provided for guest enjoyment.

Pinehurst truly holds a special place in our hearts. We first visited Pinehurst while driving home from our wedding in Cape Cod. We immediately fell in love with the history, the beauty, the people, and the quaintness of the Village. While visiting, we played picturesque golf courses, participated in outdoor activities, dined on local culinary offerings, attended local festivals, and patronized local small businesses. These experiences highlighted the authentic southern charm of Pinehurst and created memories that we will cherish forever.
In 2021, we purchased our home in Pinehurst, NC and aptly named it “The Rooted Pine”, a home where we can plant our roots and where we can look forward to growing as a family. The name also signifies our deeply rooted fondness for everything that is genuinely great about Pinehurst. Soon after, we continued to "grow", and purchased our 1-bedroom golf-front condo overlooking the 1st fairway of Pinehurst No. 5. We named it "The Lofty Pine”, as it is situated under a canopy of majestic longleaf pines.
We are excited to open up our condo and home to those visiting Pinehurst and surrounding areas. Our goal is to provide our guests with an inviting and homey place to gather with family, friends, and loved ones.

Spend an afternoon exploring Pinehurst’s Historic Landmark District, where you can learn about Pinehurst’s history at Tufts Archives, observe its beautiful late 1800s architecture and landscape, take a stroll through the quiet streets soaking in the Southern Hospitality, and visit the unique array of shops, restaurants, and pubs. The Pinehurst Harness Track and surrounding horse farms provide a place for spectators to watch the horses in training, or you may want to enjoy a horse-drawn carriage ride through the village.
