This unique place has a style all its own. Studio Casita sits behind the main house and offers a 1 car garage.  Large lot with walking or biking trails behind. Easy access to I-40, Old town and Los Ranchos.

•Open, spacious studio style casita
•Standing shower in bathroom
•Dining table for 2 works as a dedicated work area as well
•1 car garage, driveway space behind, free street parking
•Smart TV 50in situated in front of couch and bed
•Fast wi-fi
•Exterior security camera on back of main house monitoring garages and front door.
•AC window unit available for summer months
•Hall heater and space heaters available for winter months
 
Kitchenette:
•Stove top burners (2), toaster oven, microwave, mini-fridge with small freezer compartment.
•Equipped with traditional drip coffee maker, kettle, cooking supplies. Local Pinon Coffee, creamer, sugar
•Stocked with dishes, silverware, cups/glasses, and basic cookware
Bathroom:
•Clean, stocked with towels, shampoo/soap, hand/face lotion, Q-tips
•Standing shower only
•Blow dryer available

Garage is SHARED - there is a 2 car garage but only 1 space is for the front unit. The 2nd garage is for the casita in the back - ask about renting the main house too.

This is a studio casita located behind (completely separate) from the main house, which is also a listed Airbnb. The casita is attached to the 2 car garage. The garage is SHARED, one side belongs to the casita, the other to the main house. Do not park or block in the driveway that leads to the casita.
PESTS - The house is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.
Parking: 1 space in SHARED garage, driveway behind garage space or free street parking. No parking in the driveway leading to the garages. $150 charge for each lost or stolen key(s) and/or Garage door opener not returned to designated location. We are not responsible for tickets issued, cars towed/booted or any damage to guest’s vehicles while at the parking lot whether from casualty or negligent or intentional wrongful acts of other guests or third parties. Guest waives any and all claims, damages, and/or causes of action for personal injury or property damage against us (the host) and the parking company for use of the parking lot. We are not responsible for any articles left in vehicles.
Security (ring) camera on back of house pointing at garages/casita for security purposes and to monitor guest count.
City trash collection: Guest may be asked to help take city trash/recycling to street and back.
Starter Supplies: We provide starter supply of guest consumables only, anything additional will need to be purchased.
Home is cooled by window cooling unit during summer months.
