This exquisite five-bedroom, five-bathroom residence combines elegant design with modern comforts, offering a luxurious oasis mere moments from the sun-drenched sands and sparkling waters of the Atlantic Ocean.

Outside, relax and unwind in the inviting saltwater plunge pool—a refreshing retreat on warmer days, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying leisurely dips. Entering the first floor, you'll find 9' ceilings, a welcoming spacious foyer, and two ensuite guest rooms, and two additional guest rooms sharing a full bath. The practically placed laundry room offers convenience and ease, completing this level. Ascend to the second floor, you'll find 10' ceilings enhancing the space and sophistication. The exquisite primary suite offers luxury and comfort, and a well-appointed half bath adds convenience. The home's heart lies in the expansive kitchen, which includes a walk-in butler's pantry, and the adjoining dining room, providing a seamless flow for entertaining and daily living. The third floor is dedicated to leisure and breathtaking vistas. A well-equipped wet bar with a mini fridge and an additional half bath make this level perfect for hosting guests or enjoying more peaceful moments to yourself. Step onto the rooftop deck and take in the ocean views, an enchanting backdrop for relaxation or more festive gatherings.

Beach Gear - Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights receive a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddle-boards, and more – the choice is yours! Bonus for booking your vacation with IOP Escapes!

Linens / Toiletries - All bed linens, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

Parking - A maximum of 6 vehicles can be parked at this property.

Elevator: Instructions for elevator use will be included in your electronic Guest Guide which will be texted to you 14 days prior to arrival.

✧ Any guest who confirms a reservation will be responsible for damages in an amount outlined in the rental agreement. An authorization hold will be placed on your credit card. It will be removed once you check-out and if nothing is damaged.

1) Local guest reservation requests are subject to further review and questions. Please provide full name, # of guests, and reason for booking.
2) Reservations should include the correct number of guests staying. Please ask the host for permission to bring visitors over to the property.
3) Isle of Palms Noise Ordinance must be followed. Any violations of the noise ordinance are cause for immediate removal.
4) Please be courteous and respectful of the other neighboring residents and guests. Any behavior that results in a complaint by a neighbor, building resident, or HOA is considered violation of this rule.
5) If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge.
6) Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden.
7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period.
10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. Should there be an issue, guests will allow a reasonable amount of time during business hours for Management to address or provide a solution for any reported issues, or unsatisfactory conditions.
11)Pet fee required for all pet friendly rentals

* It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $25 shipping and handling fee plus the cost of shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.

Elevator - For the convenience and comfort of all our guests, elevator access is reserved exclusively for those with mobility issues. We understand the importance of accessibility and strive to accommodate the needs of every individual. In order to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the elevator, an additional $500 security deposit will be charged for its use. This deposit will be promptly refunded at the end of the stay provided that no issues or damages are reported with the elevator. We value the safety and satisfaction of our guests and aim to provide a seamless experience during their stay.

Wonderful Stay

House was lovely and accommodated our group very well. Wet clean and convenient. Pool was quite small especially for a larger group but proximity to beach was nice consolation . Would certainly consider staying here again and recommend to others.

Great house!

The house was so clean/nice and perfect for our group - mostly adults and 2 kids. Property manager was communicative and the whole process was seamless. Location is great. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Stay!

I booked this home last minute for Memorial Day Weekend for overflow family. The house was fresh, clean, and had very nice decor. The beds were very comfortable to sleep on. The rooftop sitting area was probably everyone’s favorite thing about the home. The management company was top notch with their communication and checking in to make sure everything was going well. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. We had an excellent stay!

Great week!

This house was perfect for our group of 10! We had the best time! The location is amazing - just one block to the beach. We brought our golf cart and the golf cart parking on the beach path here made hauling our gear to the beach super easy. The property manager was incredibly quick to respond to our questions! This house is brand new with everything we needed and very well organized with labels on light switches and in cabinets. Highly recommend!
