Hop the Tram Car to whichever amusement pier you choose!! Water Parks, rides, restaurants, and the Atlantic Ocean await! There is something for everyone, no matter what age! The Wildwoods have so much to offer-Barefoot Concert Weekend, Beach Blast, Irish Weekend and more!

To rent this property you will be required to sign a Guest Lease Agreement and to abide by our rules, policies and procedures as outlined therein.

Check-in is in person, at our real estate office between 12pm and 4pm (the office closes at 4pm) The check in time for your rental property is 4pm. You may not access your rental property or park at your rental property prior to 4pm, as outlined in the guest lease agreement.

FAMILIES OR VERY MATURE ADULTS ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS. As in all condominium and townhouse associations on the island, no rentals are permitted to unsupervised children or students; no prom groups; no senior weeks; no high school or college students without parental supervision. Anyone under 25 years old must be accompanied by and supervised by a parent at all times. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE. Please do not inquire.

Great location

Place was clean and close to the boardwalk. My only complaint would be the bathroom. The toilet is extremely close to the wall so it is hard to sit. Would rent again

Small, but good for what it is

We booked this last minute, so didn't have many choices for a place right by the beach/boardwalk. The pictures are accurate, and it is indeed about a block from the boardwalk. The space is new, clean, and functional, albeit small, but you can tell this from the pictures. I have no complaints about that, as it is exactly what the listing and pictures say. The toilet is very awkward to sit on as it is super close to the wall in front of it, but it is usable, although I would guess it would be difficult for someone tall unless they sat sideways. Note that the only time you can check in is from 12-4, so not very flexible for long travel days, but this is likely due to the management company, not the owners. I also wish we would have known what a walk there was from the boardwalk to the actual beach. It's a jaunt. Not terrible, but certainly not something I expected. Overall, we were happy, we just wish we would have known about the strict check-in times and the long walk from the boardwalk to the beach. :)
