The ground level condo is newly remodeled, has a private deck, and has views of the Kimberling City Bridge, Table Rock Lake, and both the Sunset/Sunrise views. We have a Play pen, high chair, & a toddler bed (3 to 5 years old) for families. World-class fishing, indoor and outdoor pools, Six Pickleball Courts, Basketball, 2 Kids Tree Houses/with climbing wall & swings. Close to Bars/Restaurants, Pizza, Coffee, Gas & Grocery Store. Close to boat rentals and slip rentals at Kimberling Marina. The property, has several new restaurants, one is Kimberling Crossing Cafe, & Shipwreck restaurant/bar that looks like a pirate ship, with indoor/outdoor seating, with lake views!

We love the Branson/Tablerock area so much that we relocated here from Illinois several years ago. We love hosting guests that want to visit the area, if it's your first time here, or just have questions let me know, I can help out with suggesting restaurants, attraction, etc... There are so many fun things to do or just stay on the property and enjoy the lake & pools and relax.

It is so close to the lake, shopping, restaurants, gas, coffee, grocery store, it is the perfect spot for a nice relaxing getaway. There are pools, pickleball, kids park, basketball, and a shoreline to fish from. Close to the marina if you bring a boat, they rent slips, boats, Jet skis, and have a launch.

The covered deck has a table and 6 chairs, for a meal any time of day, or sit back and relax, have coffee, read a book, play a game, open a bottle of wine, or watch the sunrise or sunset. Reading material are available here for you.
The Kitchen is fully renovated, with beautiful new countertops, sink, and all new appliances. The countertop has bar stools for visiting with family while your making a meal. The dinning room is right by the kitchen and has a brand new table and chairs set for eating. We also have cards, games & puzzles available for fun with family.
The Double Master Suites Bedrooms, have Smart TV's, brand new high quality linens, and access to their own newly renovated bathrooms. One has a King Bed, views of the lake, walks out to the deck, has a whirlpool tub, The other bedroom has a queen bed, black out drapes, Full closet with a fan, hangers, extra pillows and blankets, & a pack n play for families with sheets and blankets.
Both newly renovated bathrooms, include toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hairdryer, hand soap, and have plenty of towels. We also have pool/lake towels for your use.
The Living Room has brand new furniture with plenty of seating, a sleeper sofa, Smart TV, and a slider door to the covered deck with lake views.
