Just 2.5 hours from NYC in the heart of the Catskills. One of a kind entirely renovated townhouse. 3 minutes walking distance to the Windham Mountain magic carpet. Close to town, golfing, biking, hiking, swimming and fishing. Sleep 8. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen fully equipped, living/dining room, wood burning fireplace and deck with charcoal BBQ. Access to the amenities of the Windham Mountain Village: Indoor pool, hot tub, tennis courts and "club house" deck with gas BBQ and firepit. Hot Tub is closed for Summer and Fall 2025 due to renovations. The pool is open 9:00 am to 9:00 pm everyday

Note that the pool and hot tub open Thursday - Sunday (9 am to 9 pm) in June, September and October (interseason) - Everyday (9 am to 9 pm) in the summer and during ski season. Pool closure subject to management.

We fell in love with Windham during a visit in the Catskills. Cute town with delicious restaurants, the convenience to be walking distance to the ski lifts. awesome breweries, hiking and biking trails nearby. cute historic towns with shops and antiques around.
