Cool off in the backyard pool, or have a soak in the spill-over hot tub. After your swim, enjoy a BBQ lunch poolside from your private furnished patio. The pool comes with a removable safety fence for the little ones.

Had too much sun? No problem! We'll keep you out of the heat and entertained in the air conditioned in-house games room. Featuring table tennis, air hockey, arcade games, life-size connect four, and cool accent lighting.

Still wanting more? We've got an in house loft theatre! Perfect for movie nights, complete with a massive projection screen, comfy recliners, a popcorn machine and even a billiards table.

No need to worry about cramped spaces or getting hangry either. This pad's got a fully equipped, spacious kitchen that'll have you whip up all those tasty treats! And you'll have plenty of choices on where to eat them! The large capacity dining table can fit ten people, the kitchen island has room for three more, plus there's poolside dining furniture with a BBQ grill outside!

The whole house is connected with high speed internet service, and each of the bedrooms has its own smart TV. So if your crew can't agree on what to watch in the spacious living room, everyone can still catch up on their favourite shows!

Twelve expertly-designed bedrooms are located throughout the house: one master suite downstairs, as well as 2 queen suites and a full bedroom suite. Also there are several spacious king and queen sized rooms upstairs, most with sparkling en-suite bathrooms. On the second floor we've got movie themed kids rooms featuring the Little Mermaid and Jaws. Both come with cool mood lighting and awesome decorations that the kids will love!

Parking:
You can park up to 3 vehicles in the driveway. There is additional parking is available at the clubhouse on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. Please note that buses, RVs, trailers, and boats are prohibited in the community.
