CASA COCO-PARAISO maximum nightly occupancy is 16 adults + children... Visitors are welcome, even overnight, as long as the villa remains within the maximum occupancy

Receipt is provided for the $40 nightly utilities fee that is payable by cash in US or peso currency on arrival...Utilities includes air condition, electricity, propane, internet, cable as well as an endless supply of bottled water
