It includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Family room/Dining room, Kitchen, Laundry room and a large 3 season sun porch and deck that provide a great place for entertaining friends and family while enjoying the beautiful views and coastal activities on Penobscot Bay. Easy stair access to walk the shoreline and enjoy all the wildlife it offers. A large outdoor grass lawn area with fire pit provide ample space for outside activities. Centrally situated along the Maine coast within easy driving distance of popular towns such as Bar Harbor, Bucksport, Belfast, Camden, Rockland, Rockport, Augusta and Bangor to name a few.

Check in was easy and the house was very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed, fire pit and grill were great too. The beach access was lovely and the nearby campground was very quiet. Thanks for a great stay!

Great house, even larger than it looks in the photos, and immaculately clean. The kitchen is fantastic, with two drip coffee makers, a microwave, countertop toaster oven/air fryer, gas stove and oven, and an extra-large refrigerator and freezer. There are basic pans and plenty of dishes, glasses, mugs and utensils. Only salt, pepper and cooking spray are provided, so bring any other staples. Paper goods, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, a washer and dryer are all included.The bedrooms are spacious, bright and have good closet and dresser space. One important note: both beds listed as queens are actually full-size beds. That did not matter to us, but if you need a true queen, it is not hiding under the sheets! Portable AC units and fans are provided in every bedroom and the living room, although opening the windows on the water side worked even better.The best features are the enclosed back porch and outdoor porch, both perfect for slow mornings, relaxed afternoons and enjoying the beautiful water views. Despite being in a campground, it was incredibly quiet day and night.A wood-chip path and stairs lead to the rocky and pebble beach, where you can wade, explore tide pools or swim. The water is cold, and there are no lifeguards, so use good judgment. Moose Point State Park is right next door with lovely hiking trails. Belfast is nearby, and Hannaford is less than 10 minutes away. A beautiful, peaceful and comfortable spot for a relaxing Maine vacation!

Better than expected!

Property very clean, excellent communication during our stay, beach access was a huge bonus and the sun porch was perfect for meals with a large family.

Awesome visit

We were the first to stay at this property because it was just listed on VRBO. Unfortunately for us, we didn't get to spend much time there because we were in the area for a family reunion and we were busy! It was very clean and had everything we needed. All the rooms had ceiling fans and there were portable air conditioners.

Family Reunion

The house was so clean and comfortable. So big and open. The 4 seasons porch was a bonus as it rained one morning and we could eat out there. Lots of fold up chairs for a big family like ours. Dorothy

Excellent experience Definitely recommend

The house was immaculate, well maintained and in a perfect location. The managers were friendly, courteous, and helpful. The refrigerator was not cooling when we arrived. The managers immediately responded. They brought a smaller refrigerator to use until they got the refrigerator cooling again. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They recommended several places for excellent food- and the places were excellent. Great people and experience. Highly recommend.
