The Space:

The neutral tones and coastal influences instantly put guests in vacation mode.
Sweeping views of the Bay bring the outside in while enhancing the large open floor plan.
The living, dining and kitchen areas all open out into the yard.
The outdoor space, a true extension of the home with multiple seating areas and firepit. Grab a game of corn hole or head down to the private pier to through in a line.

A well-equipped kitchen is perfect for creating a meal on nights one of the areas many restaurants are not the plan.
All the guest rooms are located on the main floor.

The primary bedroom is a true retreat. Offers an en-suite, king size bed and breathtaking water views.
The homes additional guest rooms share a full bath and offer twin beds in one and a queen in the other.

Kids will love the upstairs with its Pirate's room hosting arcade game and foosball and the quiet book nook perfect for reading or playing a board game. This room can also accomodate 2 addtional guests on the twin trundle bed.

The property is in a lovely neighborhood, we ask guests to be courteous to our neighbors and the neighborhoods.

Other Things to Note:
All our homes contain property specific guides to things like WIFI, pool and spa rules, thermostat directions etc..
These guides will be in the kitchen and throughout the home.
A lease will be sent after booking to be signed as confirmation.
A pet fee of $200. is required per dog max 2. Toilet paper and paper towel are provided to get guests started. Guests will need to bring additional for the remainder their stay.

Interaction with Guests:
The guest experience is to our main priority and we are available to guests as needed.

We provide a 24 hour contact for all guests while on property. We ask that they contact us between the hours of 8am and 8pm unless it is an emergency and needs immediate attention.

Guests are notified of check in details 48 hours prior to arrival.
Check out instructions are texted within 24 hours of departure.
