This house was perfect for our trip. Two families, 4 adults and 6 kids total. There was enough space for us all to feel very comfortable. The kids loved the bunk room. Easy drive to RMNP and Winter Park. The house was well stocked with all the essential and communication was great. If we come back to Granby this is where we will stay again. Highly recommend
