Spring Break 2025

We absolutely loved the property. It was very secure and safe. The condo was beautiful and perfect for what we needed. The staff was always available and always helpful. It was quiet and had a relaxed atmosphere and we loved our Harbourside balcony view. We would definitely come back to this location if we choose Puerto Rico again.

First and foremost the property was not anything like the pictures provided. The photos showed a crisp new residence, we walked into a well used and abused rental. Not very clean, a lot of hack job maintenance. The beds were pretty bad, very hard, and what’s up with a 32” TV! Thankfully we came to see the sights and activities which were great. The people at the resort were all top notch, that’s why I am giving 4 stars. The amenities were great! The weather and scenery beautiful!

Horrible. Not anything like the pictures. We were told there is only 1 unit that is renovated. Outside property is nice but interior is trash.

We are truly sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. Our team takes guest feedback very seriously, and we regret that the interior of the unit you stayed in did not reflect what you anticipated. While we do have recently renovated units, we acknowledge that not all apartments are identical, and we are actively working on upgrades to ensure a more consistent experience. We’re glad you appreciated the outside property and surroundings, and we sincerely hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future. Your feedback helps us improve, and we’ll use it to make sure upcoming stays are more comfortable for our guests. Safe travels, Guest relations team

The condo was perfect for our family! Plenty of beds/bedrooms, space to spread out but also space to gather. We were very impressed with the resort. The pools were well maintained, lots of walking/jogging paths, easy drive to many east coast PR locations, staff that was incredible. The beds were comfortable. Only notes - there are NO baking sheets or oven pans, so we could only cook things on the stove. Beaches are unswimmable, but easy drive to swimming beaches. Also, take the hike to the canyon and to the "secret beach" - well worth the walk, especially at sunset. Convenience store is great for the things you forgot, but it IS a little pricey, so do large grocery runs at Walmart. We would love to stay here again in the future.
