Experience the craftsmanship of another era here in this turn of the century Victorian guesthouse! Enjoy access to the main living rooms, multiple dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen and coin operated laundry facilities.

This second floor suite, offers you your own private room with a detached shared bath nearby on the same floor. The room features period furnishings with a full size bed with a new Sealy Royal Ascot mattress, an upright dresser, closet, walk-in closet overhead ceiling fan and a 32" Samsung smart tv. Complimentary coffee, tea & water is available during your stay.

This is my hometown and I have many good memories of my childhood here. In fact, I remember trick-or-treating at this house as a child and wondering about the family who was fortunate to call it home. This home sat empty for many years and in 2003, I returned and purchased it as a place to spend my retirement years. As the years passed, my retirement plans changed; thus, in 2024, the home was converted to The Victorian Guesthouse. It is gratifying as the home now has renewed life and purpose. Though I no longer reside onsite, it will always be 'home' to me. Being a host for me is not work, it's a blessing!

While you are here consider a walking tour of Delphos' Historic Homes, utilizing the Canal Museum's free self guided map. We have a many beautiful, historic homes here to see!

Everyone is mesmerized by the detail and craftsmanship of turn of the century Victorian homes, especially the Queen Anne versions, of the late 1800's and early 1900's. Every period detail appears to be a craftsman's 'labor of love.' This home will not disappoint!

My staff prides itself on the cleanliness of our establishment. Over the past four years, we have achieved the highest guest ratings for cleanliness and overall property ratings on both Airbnb & Bookings.com in the Lima/Delphos/Van Wert area!
