There's room for 4 guests with the Queen sized bedroom, plus fold out sofa bed in the living room.

The kitchen has a full sized fridge/freezer combo, a full sized oven with stove top element, and a microwave oven. There's lots of cupboard space for all your snacks and a small dining table for two.

Our apartment is in the heart of the James North neighbourhood, one of the BEST and safest areas in all of Hamilton, surrounded by fabulous bars and restaurants with patios within walking distance.

Only minutes away are attractions such as: The Art Gallery of Hamilton, the beautiful and historic Dundurn Castle, Chedoke Falls, Chedoke Civic Golf Course and the Royal Botanical Gardens. There are many scenic walking and hiking trails, as well as the West Harbour waterfront, and breathtaking waterfalls.

Our home is in the heart of downtown Hamilton, a YMCA with a gym and swimming pool, St. Joseph’s hospital and only a 20 minute drive to John C. Munro Hamilton International Airport.

Getting Around:
Hamilton's buses run regularly just a few metres from the apartment. There is also easy access to the highways and downtown core.

Our apartment is just metres from the Hunter Street GO, with morning service every 20 minutes express to Union Station (downtown Toronto) and back, every 23 minutes to Square One and Toronto International Airport. Evening return service available as well.

■ Please note that there are security cameras monitoring the building exterior and shared corridors for the safety and security of the building.

We're happy to deliver:

--> Pets are very welcome at our home. The pet fee is CAD 49 per pet, with an additional CAD 15 for each extra pet. We accept one large dog (40 lbs or more), up to two small dogs (under 40 lbs), or one cat.

--> For stays of 21 days or longer, a mid-stay cleaning is required. This cleaning service is essential to keep the property in top-notch condition for your enjoyment. Please note that there will be a charge for this cleaning service.
