Other Things to Note:
The private dock is only set up from July - September.
The backyard and dock is a shared space with the home owners, but they highly respect their guests privacy. This also means people live upstairs.
This is a basement suite with 1 bedroom and a den. Bugs and dust get into the sunroom, it is not sealed. We are on a septic system, so be mindful of water use. The backyard is functional but not "perfect" it can be messy with leaves and such during different seasons. The side to get to the backyard can be icy in winter. Bring your own firewood if you wish to have a fire pit. There is 1 King bed, a sofa bed and a single mattress on the floor.

Great place to stay

This property is a very well thought out basement suite, with excellent finishes throughout and many thoughtful touches. Being right on the water front with a sun room and dock was also a plus. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great spot with access to the lake!

It was a great weekend by the lake with great communication from the host, access to the beach, clean and accommodating place to stay! Would recommend to anyone who is looking to get away for the weekend in the summer or the winter!

Fishing trip with son

The suite was clean, nice, and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. The only problem was that the "Private Dock" mentioned on the website was in storage in the backyard. I tried tying my boat up on the shore, but waves from the strong north wind pounded it into the rocks, making it very difficult to launch.
