We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the condo itself, found it accurately represented in the listing, and appreciated the comfortable beds, beach towels, and beach chairs. We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the condition of the community amenities. While we manage the individual condo, the pools, pickleball courts, and common areas are maintained by the HOA and are outside of our control. We certainly understand how those amenities can impact a vacation, but they are not a reflection of the care we put into our rental or the service we provide. Regarding check-in, our listing clearly states that check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and we provide access at that time for all guests to ensure the home has been properly cleaned and prepared before arrival. We apologize if this was frustrating, but we were able to provide access at the advertised check-in time. We appreciate your feedback regarding cell service and are glad that texting worked well for communication. Thank you again for your stay, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.

However, we’re surprised by some of your comments, as this home was recently remodeled with fresh updates throughout. Scent sensitivity varies by guest, so we provide light, pleasant fragrances, but we understand that personal preferences differ. As for the lighting, the home is equipped with standard bulbs, but we’ll certainly double-check. Our living room furniture was chosen for durability and comfort, and while design preferences are subjective, we appreciate your input. We strive to provide a clean, comfortable stay and will continue making thoughtful improvements. We hope you’ll give us another chance in the future!
