Please put any used cups, plates or silverware in the dishwasher and start the cycle before checkout.

We know accidents happen.. BUT for any items that (may) get damaged or broken, we will charge for the item. Please remember to clean up to avoid any extra cleaning fees. For excessive deep cleaning, we will charge $100 or more.

*** Please make sure to be out of the condo by 10am on check out day. This ensures we can get it properly cleaned for the next guest. Checking out by 10AM will insure you will not have a late check out fee. ***
