The home was very spacious and clean. Our family really enjoyed the pool. We appreciate the owners working with us at the last minute to heat the pool. The theater area was a hit and totally amazing. We would definitely recommend this vacation home for both small and large families.

House was amazing, came for a football tournament and the house was great for the team. Only downfall is the parking issue , if you are even an inch on the sidewalk in the driveway you will be towed. The host was very upfront with all instructions so that was on me. There is extra parking though at the clubhouse. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

We’re so glad to hear the home worked out so well for your team’s football tournament and that you had a great stay overall. We understand the parking rules can be strict, and we appreciate your understanding. It’s good to know the additional parking at the clubhouse was helpful. Thank you for your kind recommendation, and we’d be happy to host you and your team again on a future visit!

Very family friendly. Large home with lots of space. Bedrooms and bathrooms are real . Pool and Harry Potter room were big hits for the 2 boys ages 7 & 10. Kitchen was accommodating with 2 refrigerators. Kitchen supplies are very minimal (missed dinner as no can opener or pan.) Needs a deep clean and sprucing up both in and outside. Also highly recommend putting hooks or some sort of towel hangers- several bathrooms had nothing to hang towels on. The more the better. We Always look for practical over “fancy” unnecessary decor/pillows. Appreciated the amount of towels provided in plastic wrap. Communication and check in and out process were excellent.

We’re glad the home provided plenty of space for your family and that the pool and Harry Potter room were such big hits with the boys. It’s also great to hear that check-in, checkout, and communication went smoothly. We appreciate your practical suggestions regarding kitchen essentials, towel hangers, and the overall upkeep of the home. We’ll review these areas and work on the necessary improvements to make the space more comfortable and functional for future guests. Thank you for sharing your experience with us.

The house was very beautiful and just as advertised in the pictures. Steve, the host, was extremely responsive. There was a chair with a broken leg that I notified the host about right away and it was taken care of the next day. We also had a little trouble figuring out how to get the heat for the hottub to work, but Steve immediately responded in letting us know what to do and he regularly checked in throughout the week to see if we needed anything. This house is in a really good location. You're only about 30 minutes away from anything Disney and Universal related and about 40 minutes from the Orlando airport. This house is also located within a gated community that does have a community pool house and gym, in case you wanted to get a workout in during your vacation.

It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d be happy to welcome you back anytime!

Host was very nice and quick to respond. I paid extra for the pool to be heated, but it was cold the entire first day were were there. It started to heat overnight and was warm the next day. I asked for a one day refund for it, but did not receive it. The floors were so dirty the kids barefeet turned almost black! There weren't enough pool towels, 4 is not enough when there was 12 of us. On a positive note, the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The kitchen was slightly lacking, but overall worked well. One of the dining room chairs broke when one of us sat on it. Other issues: Coffee pot only made like 2 cups at a time, the sink in bedroom #1 was clogged and the shower door didn't shut so water puddled on the floor. We did have a great time and loved being all together in such a big house. The minor problems did not ruin our great time in Orlando.

We appreciate you sharing your experience with us. We’re glad the spacious home, comfortable beds, and time together made your Orlando trip enjoyable. At the same time, we’re sorry that the pool took longer than expected to warm up and that you encountered several issues with the cleanliness, towels, dining chair, and bathroom fixtures. We understand how frustrating these concerns can be, especially when traveling with a large group. We’ll review your feedback with our team so we can address these areas and improve the experience for future guests. Thank you for your kind words about our communication, and we’re happy to hear the issues didn’t take away from the special time you had together.
