FAQ: 2 steps required to access, single-story home, 1 exterior security camera (facing out toward driveway), pet rate $35/day per pet maximum two pets (will need to be paid the day of check-in before checking in)

Lawn Maintenance:
The lawn is mowed every Wednesday (approximately March-October)except during the winter time.

A liability waiver will be sent via Docusign. It will need to be signed prior to your check in date.

Hot Tub:
Hot tub maintenance is every Tuesday. The hot tub company will use the gate to access the hot tub.
