Hall Hacienda är en välkomnande nyrenoverad tvåvåningsbostadshus med 1800 kvm. Det finns 4 sovrum och 3 badrum med öppen planlösning. Njut av ett fullt utrustat kök för matlagning under ditt besök!

Nedervåningen har ett stort familjerum m / 60 'platt-HD LG-TV, direkt-TV-kabel och trådlöst internet. Det finns ett modernt kök och matbord för 6-8. det finns nya Sanyo-stapelbricka / torkare-kombination. I ryggen på bottenvåningen finns ett badrum och ett sovrum med en queen size-säng.

På övervåningen på framsidan finns en stor master w / kabel och king size-säng. Gå ut på det privata däck och sväng och titta på havet, luktar saltsprutan och se folket rida ner på gatan. Befälhavaren har en duschkabin och separat badkar. Dubbel handfat med stor disk gör det enkelt att göra dig redo för stranden eller en kväll ute.

På övervåningen finns 2 andra sovrum. En w / queen size-säng och den andra w / tvilling och rulla under rulla. De delar badrum med dusch.

På bottenplanet är parkering för 4 bilar i en enda rad. Det finns en utomhusdusch att tvätta av efter en dag på stranden.

Tillträde till stranden är i slutet av blocket. (Du kanske hittar en annan "privat" en lite närmare om du tittar på grannarna.)

En kort promenad bort är Carolina Beach Park Lake där det finns hyra av paddling, lekplats och vanligtvis en utomhus barnvänlig film (Toy Story, etc.) varje helg. Det är också värd för lördagens bondens marknad.

Enkel åtkomst (0. 6 mi.) Till strandpromenaden i Carolina Beach med ett litet karneval under hela sommaren och veckovisa fyrverkerier. Det finns många fantastiska restauranger och barer med levande underhållning de flesta kvällar. Missa inte Britt's Donuts!

Great House, Great Host

We loved our stay in this house. Very clean and plenty of space for our family. Very short walk to the beach. Barbara was a wonderful host who was very helpful. Check in was easy. We hope to be back soon!

Carolina beach

Barbara could not have been nicer or more helpful AND always answered whenever I called or texted. The location though very convenient for the beach was sooooo busy. Even though the children were kinda older I would not let them cross without an aldult. The suggestions that Barbara gave us was most helpful it was still difficult and getting from the parking area onto the highway in either direction, it was nearly impossible.

The house was clean and the owner was easy to reach and communicate with. The outdoor shower in the back was very convenient for coming and going to the ocean. It was in a perfect location for Carolina Beach. It was a super short walk to the nearest beach access. The restaurants, shops, and the boardwalk were within walking distance as well. The area was calm, quiet, and felt safe.

Family Vacation

The property was very nice. Just three things need a little improvement. The kitchen cabinets were a mess. Very disorganized. Basically, things just thrown in every which way. It made it very difficult to find what you needed. New flatware is needed, only 3 knives. There was no water pressure at the kitchen sink, but the rest of the house was fine. Difficult to wash dishes. The carpet stair treads on the lower stairs slip around and are dangerous, so we used the outside stairs exclusively. Nothing we could not make work. The house was very nice, location was great and we had a wonderful time.

Carolina beach vaca

The house was very nice. The personal touches and ability to meet the property manager are a great bonus. The location was very close to the beach and a nice little ice cream shop. Honestly we even could walk to the boardwalk and many other restaurants and mini marts. The location is very good. A lot of traffic in the afternoons and evenings going by either walking or golf carts, but it was not an inconvenience. Kitchen was stocked with appropriate items. One suggestion would be a keyless pin pad entry. That would have made it easier for when we walked back and forth from the beach or other memebers of our group did.

This is a great house. It is a short walk to the beach. The A/C works GREAT! Washer/dryer in hallway. Toys, chairs and bikes in storage room. We parked 2 regular sized pick up trucks, an SUV and a golf cart in the driveway. We also parked to smaller cars in the shell area beside the driveway. There were numerous dirty dishes in the kitchen, oven light and refrigerator lights did not work. Overall a great place for up to 8 people to stay!

Wonderful Vacation

The location was so convenient. We were able to walk to several restaurants and convenience stores. It was an easy walk to the beach. The house was comfortable and well maintained and appointed with everything you need to have a great time. Many thanks to Barbara for all her help. I have never had such a helpful property manager before.

Excellent week at the beach.

Good location for beach access and walking distance to restaurants. Bike lane essential starts at house running down to Ft Fisher, so great place to start a bike ride.

Relaxation retreat

Fantastic Property

We loved the house and the location and the proximity to the beach. It was convenient to restaurants and shops and the boardwalk. We took our own golf cart and didn’t move our car the entire vacation. The house was very clean and spacious for our family of four including 2 adult children. The house was stocked with everything that you need for cooking, all kinds of beach accessories and toys, and two grills. They even provided trash bags and dishwasher tabs. This is an awesome property and we will definitely stay here again!

Property manager was very helpful and accessible. Property was as advertised and consistent with pictures and description. I would recommend the property manager to procure covered trash and recycle bins for the house. Also, the floors did not appear to have been cleaned recently (bottoms of our feet were black).

Very well decorated, clean and nice for large family.

All good except for a few things.. Need better quality frying pans and fuller bed pillows. One of the TVs in bedroom did not work and construction next door began at 8 am. Workers played loud music and lots of hammers banging and sawing etc.

Plenty of Space!

Great home with lots of space to spread out. Well stocked for just about every need. Easy access to the beach. Only complaint is that the Wifi could use some beefing up with an extender as there was poor connectivity in the family room for streaming services. Other than that, would highly recommend.

We recently downsized our home in Wilmington and wanted a place to escape for long weekends and to be our 'extra bedrooms' for family visits. Just the quick trip across the bridge seems to come with a change in attitude. It creates a vacation while still essentially at home.
