Absolutely perfect and cozy

We came for two quick days after visiting Orlando. Your condo was perfect! Well stocked, loved the decor, it was so cozy, and quiet. Close to everything we needed to visit. Quick and easy customer service. We want to stay for longer next time. Thank you!

This was a perfect place for our short stay for after dance competition. Close enough to the downtown area to see historic downtown and access to the beach. They had beach chairs which I wish I had known so I didn't bring my own. So ask exactly what is available. The place was clean and they had all we needed. The three king beds were really nice. The whole condo was beautifully furnished and comfortable.

Everything was great, the cleaning crew needs to step it up, floors were disgusting and made everything black. I go mop job would have done the trick, we cleaned the floors ourselves which should have never happened since we pay a cleaning fee. The shower on the bottom had black crud fall out whenever water ran down the inside of the shower. Other than that, this place was great. Cleaning crew is below par sadly.

Great Time

Our family stayed with our 3 children and in-laws for a total of 7. Plenty of room. The grounds were incredible and short walk to the beach. The condo came with beach chairs, beach tent, and beach games!!!!

Close to beach!

This condo was lovely and clean, and located just a short walk from the beach. Pictures were very accurate. Host was very communicative. Be prepared to climb stairs though.

Spacious, comfortable gem of a place

Condo looked exactly like the online photos. Beds, linens and pillows were all very comfortable. While the weather was not very cooperative during our stay (49 degrees beer!) We still felt like we were enjoying a relaxing vacation in this condo. Easy walk/drive to grocery and several delicious restaurants. Also an easy 15-20 minute drive to Old St Augustine. Excellent communication with Host.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo! It was conveniently located about 15 min from downtown St. Augustine, easy walk to the beach, 2 pools, mini golf, coffee shops and restaurants. The condo was nicely decorated with an updated kitchen & nice baths and lovely large terrace overlooking the lagoon pool. The bath towels need to be upgraded, as they were very thin and had holes throughout and the beach towels were very small and thin. Would’ve been nice to have body wash in the bathrooms and more than 2 rolls of toilet paper provided. The Master Bedroom sliding door was impossible to open (needs replacement or repair). Also need additional blankets (it was very cold during our stay)! This is a 2nd floor unit and there was lots of noise coming from the upstairs unit late at night and early in the morning. Maybe the 3rd floor unit needs some area rugs to dull the noise? Overall, a great place to stay and we would love to return!

Condo itself was beautiful. Very clean, with comfortable beds. For the four of us, we could have used more beach towels. We only had seven and they were very flimsy. This was our first time staying here. We were not thrilled to listen to someone using a table saw at 7:30 a.m. most mornings right underneath us, and on other mornings the groundskeeping crew using leaf blowers and mowing the lawn. This place is also pretty busy, and both pools were usually crowded, filled with kids and families. The water in the lagoon area is filthy and brown. And there is no Jacuzzi near the pool as advertised, it was turned into a makeshift waterfall. There was one small charcoal grill for families to use, but considering how large this complex is, I was expecting several gas grills. I think overall our stay was fine, we still enjoyed our stay, but we were disappointed with some things. I just think it's important to have full disclosure if you are considering renting here.
