This luxurious vacation rental boasts a spacious living room complete with a large sectional sofa, a coffee table, a big-screen TV, and a cozy gas fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the area.

The fully equipped kitchen and dining area provide everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals with seating for 6 at the dining table and additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island, making it ideal for family gatherings or entertaining guests.

The downstairs master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, nightstands, a clothes rack with hangers, a big-screen TV, and a convenient twin trundle bed for extra sleeping space. The ensuite bathroom offers a single vanity sink, a walk-in shower, and a luxurious soaker tub, with all necessary amenities provided for your convenience.

Upstairs, the second master bedroom offers the same level of comfort with a king-size bed, nightstands, a clothes rack with hangers, and a twin trundle bed, along with a private ensuite bathroom featuring a single vanity sink and a spacious walk-in shower. All linens, paper goods, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are included to ensure a hassle-free stay for all guests.

The loft area upstairs is the perfect spot for entertainment and relaxation, with a ping pong table, a cozy couch seating area for two, two bunk beds with twins over full that can sleep up to 6 guests, and two comfortable bean bag chairs for lounging.

The third bathroom is conveniently located nearby, featuring a single vanity sink and a shower/tub combo. Guests will find all necessary amenities provided, including linens, paper goods, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for a comfortable stay.

The bunk house offers even more entertainment options, with a large sectional, a big screen TV, a small tabletop with seating for 2, a wine fridge, a Keurig coffee maker, foosball, an arcade system, shuffleboard, Connect Four, and a Queen Bunk bed for additional sleeping space. The ensuite bathroom includes a single vanity sink and a large walk-in shower, with all essential amenities provided for guests' convenience.

Outdoor living is made easy with a screened-in dining area that seats 6, a private hot tub for relaxation, additional bar stools for 5, a grill for outdoor cooking, a firepit with seating for 6 for cozy evenings, and an outdoor playset for added fun. Guests can enjoy the beautiful surroundings while making the most of the outdoor amenities provided.

General Information – Full-size washer and dryer available in the laundry closet with an iron and ironing board. Fireplaces are seasonally available (October – May 15th). Please also note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin's entrances. The only cameras being monitored during your stay are the front-facing cameras to ensure guests do not go over max occupancy at check-in. Wi-Fi can be spotty as you are in a rural area. Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due the guest will incur a 6% processing fee. The maximum occupancy for this cabin is 18, with no exceptions.

It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Choctaw Landing Casino, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

Don't forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
