This modern townhome complex sits on the LEFT side, with a private entrance. The open concept two-story 1,500 sq foot home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with plenty of room for everyone. The main floor holds a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living space. Each of the three upstairs bedrooms are equipped with a TV, ensuring everyone has their own space to unwind and relax

If you are coming to the area for a reunion, sports events, wedding, etc. and need more space, consider booking Rock Vista Retreat Family. This listing includes both sides of the townhome with access to all the shared amenities and a total occupancy of 16. The large level front yard is shaded and is an excellent place for a family hangout or a friendly game of wiffle ball or corn hole.

- The property owners reside in the house directly behind the townhome and invite you to enjoy the shared backyard, which also serves as their front yard. We kindly ask that you respect the privacy of their front porch and garage space, and enjoy quiet hours to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.
