Och en frukostbar öppnar till den vackra matsalen med ett expansivt bildfönster med en dramatisk utsikt över sjön. Det stora rummet, med professionellt bord med fotboll, har en underbar öppen spis i trä, fönster med utsikt över sjön och ett par franska dörrar som svänger öppet och ger tillgång till det upphöjda däck.

De fyra sovrummen är extremt bekväma, rymliga och är alla avskilda från de gemensamma bostadsområdena som ger separering och lugn! Befälhavaren svit är mycket stor med fantastisk sjöutsikt.

3 underbara badrum har lagts till med eleganta glasdusch och ljusa, rena klinker, granitbänk etc. Väldigt trevligt!

Från sjöstranden klipps en stenpromenad och stensteg i sluttningen och leder till utan tvekan den finaste och mest privata stranden vid hela sjön !!!

Stranden, långt över 200 'med fint, vågpolerade stenar och stenar, ger ett paradis för alla saker som är vattenrelaterade. Från ett oändligt utbud av överhoppande stenar till en eldstad i sjön, kommer din familj och vänner inte att vilja våga sig från denna plats. Stranden ger enkel inresa till vattnet eller hoppa direkt in från badplattformen i slutet av vår 50-långa brygga.

Med sin västläge exponering badas stranden i solljus långt på kvällen, men de överhängande träden kan ge fly från solen.

The Home is excellent , we were in Cooperstown for our Grandson's 12 U Baseball @ Dreams Park . While we experienced some not so good weather ( very Hot and Lots of Rain ) , the Home was outstanding for our Family . Plenty of Room , Great Views of the Lake , everything worked well . 5 Star Experience !

Wedding weekend

The location on the lake is fabulous. Great sunsets, great beach and great views. The house is very nicely equipped for a party of eight, which we were. The deck is beautiful and the games were fun. Plenty of parking. We will absolutely be back!

Wonderful property

We had a long weekend stay at this property for a wedding in Cooperstown. The property was very clean and well equipped. Wonderful view of the lake. We had a minor issue while at the the house and the owner and property manager were extremely responsive.

Gem on the lake

My friends/family stayed in this beautiful lakefront home and from the moment we booked all the way through check-out we felt the professionalism of our hosts. We had to do little research for ourselves as everything about the home and nearby was sent to us well in advance. The home is truly a gem. The lakefront views and comfort was one-of-a-kind. Will definitely be looking to stay at this or another one of their properties for our next getaway.

Great stay

We had a wonderful time here. It was clean and we greatly appreciated that the house is well stocked with supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, detergent, dishwasher tabs, coffee, beach towels, life jackets and much more. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect lake house to rent

This lake house is wonderful and Cooperstown is a great experience. We went for our son’s baseball tournament. And we enjoyed every minute of staying in this house. It is very clean and spacious. It was the most well stocked rental we have ever stayed in. The lake was amazing and the kids loved the floating trampoline and the fooseball table. Our family loved it and we would definitely stay there again.

Perfect lake front rental!

LakePointe provides everything you need for a wonderful family vacation in a beautiful and private setting. Our stay was relaxing and restorative. So well appointed and immaculately clean you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. As two adults with 4 college-age kids (yes there is wifi) there is something for everyone - golf, museums, hiking, swimming and fishing. The boys were catching small mouth bass right off the dock! We rented a boat for the week, which I would strongly suggest. A boat allows you to truly enjoy the stunning scenery of Lake Otsego. Lunch at the Blue Mingo is a must! Also a must is watching the sunset by the fire pit on the beach. Bill, the property manager responds quickly to any questions you may have during your stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. Cooperstown is so much more than baseball!

Great Spot!

Loved our stay! House is even better than the pictures show, open and spacious. Beach is incredible, clean and easy to use kayaks and canoes. Kids loved the trampoline. We fished off the dock all week with tons of activity (mostly pan fish and large mouth bass) which was a hit for all of us. One small caution: the beach is well below the house, 60 stairs or so--not really an issue for the kids, my wife or I, but did limit grandma's trips to the beach. Not a big deal, just worth noting. Owner is very attentive and responsive whenever we had questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Our families loved it and was a quick easy drive to Dream Park fields

The property was extremely clean and spacious rooms with fabulous bathrooms. The screened in porch was a big hit as well as all the patios. The kids enjoyed kayaks, canoe and water trampoline. Beautiful place and would definitely go back again.

Lake front property

Lake Point was absolutely beautiful and was perfect for our needs. We were three families spending the week for baseball. Loved Cooperstown and loved the lake. Your property was one of the nicest homes there. We'll definitely come back to stay."

Perfect house for a family vacation

Loved staying on Lake Otsego. We were in town for the Cooperstown Dream Park tournament and wanted to stay at a house where we could relax and hang out between games. We shared the house with another family. There was plenty of room. All the kids loved playing in the lake and jumping on the trampoline. House is the perfect location to watch the sunset through the trees and over the lake. It was a great get away and allowed those not playing in the tournament to get a break and relax. Owners service was great and he made sure we got what we needed to have the perfect stay. One note, there is no cell service around parts of the lake. We used wifi and house phone. Worked out well but it was a bit challenging for my husband to work out of the house.

Beautiful lake views--well designed for families

We loved our stay at Lakepointe--great beach and water trampoline for the kids. The kitchen, dining, and living areas are open-concept so that even those of us working in the kitchen could enjoy the conversation, the lake views, and stayed engaged. The bathrooms are clean and newly renovated. We shared this house with three other couples and found it very comfortable. Great week! Lots of fun at the house, on the lake, and at Cooperstown Dreams Park 12U baseball tournament. We all want to come back next year and just enjoy the area and the house without having to be on a baseball tournament schedule! The pictures don't do this home justice. It is much larger, open, and airy with nice updates in the kitchen and bathrooms than the photos show. Other families on our son's baseball team stayed at larger, newer homes on the lake. We all agreed that this home had the best beach, dock/sitting area/ lakefront by far. The porches and open concept common area also won us over and some of our day guests agreed it was a much better use of space than the newer homes they chose.

Peaceful Retreat, Great Amenities

This property provided a clean and comfortable get away for our group. We made use of the fireplace on a chilly night and enjoyed access to the lake with the provided kayaks. There were three nice size bathrooms and a great washer and dryer! The view of the lake was the perfect setting for a cup of coffee.

More than we expected!

We came to Cooperstown for my son's 12th birthday... obviously to immerse him in everything related to baseball. When planning this trip, I discovered Cooperstown Luxury online. Mr. William Miller was quite the facilitator and host!! I can't say enough about the experience, but all of us were stunned by the Lakepointe Property and Ostega Lake. The home is very comfortable and welcoming, and the view is out of this world. There is also a personal little beach on the property that included a fire pit, kayaks and canoe. If we weren't at the Basebell Hall of Fame, we were on the beautiful lake. We ended the nights with a perfect fire and smores. I don't think I can say enough about how great our stay was. I highly recommend it to anyone. Whether you are curious about Cooperstown for the baseball history, or you just want a relaxing weekend in the beautiful outdoors... this is definitely the place to stay!

Nice Lake house

We stayed at the house for a Cooperstown baseball tournament. It is a perfect location for those playing at Dreams Park. It was great place to stay to unwind from many games but close enough to Cooperstown to enjoy all that it has to offer. The lake was beautiful. Our non baseball kids enjoyed the kayaks and trampolines. The house was very clean and the three bathroom were a plus. I would have given it five stars but the internet is not very good. At this price point, it should be better. If we did not have a personal hotspots, we would have been in trouble for those that still have to work.

Excellent family spot!

We stayed at LakePointe with our family while are son played baseball down the road. It was the perfect escape after long, hot days of multiple baseball games. The house is quiet, private and peaceful. We especially loved spending time on the lake swimming, kayaking and jumping on the trampoline. The fire pit on the lake shore was extra special and made for perfect evenings. Our younger son will probably play in Cooperstown in a couple of years and we will be back!

Great Family Rental

Enjoyed a week at LakePointe with our friends while our 12 year old boys played baseball at Cooperstown Dreams Park. It was easy, relaxing and the perfect escape after a day of watching baseball. We especially enjoyed the lake and the fun trampoline!

Best Family Vacation Ever!!!!

Our family vacation was amazing. During our childhood, we camped adjacent to this property. It was like going home. Now we have grown children and it was so awesome to share this experience with them. We rented a speed boat for the week with CJ's Boat Rentals and used it every day. So it was great to have a dock. The lake shore area was perfect, complete with a fire pit, a canoe and kayaks. We even had a family of ducks visit us every day. The house was the perfect size for 9 people. The only recommendations would be to purchase new cookware and have several serving bowls. Also the WiFi service needs to be upgraded.

Perfect Weekend

This house was comfortable, fun, and big enough to fit a group of seven. Never a dull moment, clean, lake front, fire pit, fooseball, comfortable living room, etc. not a bad word to say.

Everything promised and more!

Several college sorority sisters from 40+ years ago had a get together here, and we could not have asked for a more perfect setting to catch up, laugh, relax and enjoy a BEAUTIFUL view. From the large living/dining area, rocking on the deck or sitting at the picnic table in the screened porch, or relaxing in the sun on the floating dock, it was perfect. The bedrooms were spacious, and the 3 full baths made life much easier! The property is immaculate and user friendly. Loved it!
