Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear check-in went smoothly, the condo was ready early, and you found the property clean. We’re sorry the TV setup caused frustration during your stay. Like many properties today, the living room TV uses streaming services rather than traditional cable, so guests can access the apps and services they prefer using their own accounts. We understand, however, that this may not be ideal for guests who prefer traditional live television, local news, and weather. The bedroom TV repeatedly shutting off is a separate issue and certainly should have been addressed. We also apologize that, after you reported it, the follow-up did not happen as expected. That is not the level of communication or service we want to provide. We appreciate you bringing both concerns to our attention so they can be reviewed and addressed. Best Beach Getaways – Team BBG

We’re so glad you enjoyed the location and views. Thank you for sharing your feedback about seating, water pressure, and pest control—we’ll work on those improvements.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you highlighting the nice kitchen and eating area, as well as the view. We’re sorry for the issues with the mattress, balcony chairs, and towel rack, and we have shared your comments with our maintenance team to address these promptly. We hope to welcome you back for an even better stay.

Thank you for the kind words. We’re so happy to hear you had a wonderful week and found everything comfortable and easy. We appreciate your feedback about the mattress and will share that with the owner for consideration. We hope to welcome you back for another great stay on the Gulf.

Thank you for staying with us and for your detailed review. We’re glad you loved the amazing Gulf Coast view from the 18th-floor balcony and found communication and property security helpful. It’s great the kitchen was well stocked, the beach walkway and pier were enjoyable, and the nearby spots and short drives to Gulf Shores National Seashore and Pensacola Beach worked well for you. We appreciate the feedback about the living room furniture and the uncomfortable rocker — we’ll share this with the owner and maintenance to evaluate replacements or repairs. Thank you also for the note about bringing spices, oils, extra paper products, and beach towels; we’ll review our inventory and consider adding more basics and beach towels. We’ll pass along your comments about pool shade and BBQ upkeep as well. Thanks again for choosing us — we hope to welcome you back for another Beach Getaway. Team BBG
