This home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood on a bluff of Lake Michigan. There is a private neighborhood beach for guests to enjoy.

Guests will have the full use of the entire home and the association beach, ensuring a private and comfortable retreat. The home is a keyless entry, providing seamless self-check-ins via a keypad. Two parking spaces are available in the driveway. For beach access, you can take a short walk or drive to the private neighborhood beach entrance.

Enjoy the cozy intimacy of our dwelling, designed to accommodate up to six guests in an opulent setting of three bedrooms, equipped with abundant comforts including four beds and two and a half baths. Stepping inside, you will be greeted by the warm ambience of two living areas on the open concept ground floor - the perfect blend of comfort and sophistication. A fully-equipped high-end kitchen with all essentials and a spacious dining area seamlessly complement the space. A convenient guest bathroom is also located on this floor. Travel upstairs to discover the three inviting bedrooms. A full bathroom, inclusive of a bathtub, services two bedrooms while the main suite features an ensuite bathroom and large sliding doors that provide inspiring views of Lake Michigan. A small washer and dryer located in the main suite bathroom are available for your utilization. Outside, the home unveils a collection of spaces to relish your time alfresco. Enjoy memorable meals in the screen porch equipped with a dining table, under the mystic Michigan sky. Your chilly nights are made warm by our wood-burning fire pit in the patio whilst the private beach access provides the ideal backdrop to memorable sunsets.

The driveway has 2 parking spaces. Please do not park in the street.
You can walk or drive to the neighborhood beach access, which is located in the SW corner of the association. (Take a left onto Orchard Lake Dr from the home and the gate for the beach is down the road on your right.)
