This second floor 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condominium features town and mountain views. Durant Condos are located near the downtown core, only two blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola. Condo amenities include floor-to-ceiling windows, formal dining for six, a breakfast bar that seats four, and a wood-burning fireplace in the living room. Primary bedroom: King bed Second bedroom: Split King bed (2 Twins) Third bedroom: Split King bed (2 Twins) Complex amenities at the Condominiums include an on-site heated pool and hot tub, outdoor grill, complimentary Aspen airport transfers, on-site free parking and free Wi-Fi. This complex has no elevator. The Condominiums have ski-in access from Aspen Mountain! All guests receive complimentary access to local health club facilities.
