3 bedroom , 2 bathroom , walk in closet - large closet space in all 3 bedrooms , Kitchen is equipped with all cooking and eating utensil , Breakfast bar with 2 barstools , Living room has a leather couch , comfortable seat up to 6, and for entertainment we have a smart TV in Living room and a TV in Master bedroom - only locals and Wi-Fi Internet. We also have a family room with additional seating - a sofa, a couch and a chair facing the pool area. There is spacious screen in Lanai with a private pool & spa, a table with 4 chairs for outside dinning as well, or just relaxing. We have 2 lounge chairs on the pool patio and 2 extra lounge chairs are available. Tile and wood flooring throughout the house.

Recommended property

First and foremost, the property was spotlessly clean, both inside and outside. The house is spacious in the living areas, but the bedrooms are on the small side.The house is located on a street with constant traffic, including heavy vehicles, which travel very fast. On the other hand, the property is large and the house is located well away from the street, so the traffic noise is not bothersome. The lanai area is very private; the area behind the house is wooded.We had internet issues for the first few days, but eventually this got resolved.Kitchen was well stocked.

Sehr schönes Haus mit kleinen Mängeln

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Florida. Das Haus ist wirklich schön und vir allem sauber. An Ausstattung fehlt es eigentlich an nichts, alles was mehr oder weniger wichtig ist, ist in diesem Haus vorhanden. Wir haben uns 2 Wochen wirklich wohl gefühlt.Die Terasse mit dem Pool ist ein Taum zum verweilen, allerdings funktionierte bei uns die Heizung für den Whirlpool nicht. Auf Anfrage wurde sich darum gekümmert, leider funktionierte die Heizung dann auch nur an diesem Tag. 20 Grad Celsius sind für einen Whirlpool trotz der schönen Außentemperatur in Florida zu kalt. Das war für uns ein wenig ärgerlich da wir das Haus ohne den Whirlpool nicht gebucht hätten. Da dies schon in einer der letzten Bewertung aus Nov oder Dez glaube ich stand, scheint dieses Problem schon länger vorhanden zu sein.Sonst war alles wie beschrieben in einem super Zustand und vor allem sauber. Also wenn man nicht den grössten Wert auf den Whirlpool legt ist man hier auf jeden Fall richtig und gut aufgehoben.

Great stay!

The house was great! It was clean and in a great neighborhood. We enjoy riding our bikes and were able to safely ride. The amenities said there was a hot tub but there wasn’t one. The pool wasn’t heated and the water was too cool for us to swim but we enjoyed sitting on the patio. Martina was our host and she gets

Simple Vacation Home

This is a basic and simple vacation home. Unfortunately there is no heater for Whirlpool and not even the pool is at least solar heated. So I have not been able to use it. Lanai is always in the shade. But price was very fair. So maybe you cannot expect more.

Baseball House

Location was good, about 20-30 minutes away from JetBlue and Twins baseball facilities. Winn Dixie, Aldi and Walmart within 5 miles. The kitchen amenities were good, has regular coffee maker/ Keurig would have been easier. Pool was nice but only issue was the Hot Tub, Heater went out and wasn't replaced. This was the main reason we booked the house, 3 over 60 ball players need to soak after games. If I had known in advance possibly would have canceled and booked another house. Communication with owner was excellent when I reached out.

Anniversary getaway

From the moment we entered the house we felt at peace. The pool was fabulous and that's where we spent most of our time. Any interactions we needed to have with the owners we received very prompt responses.

Family

Our son and daughter-in-law were in town and this made for a great place to stay, all of us together. Pool was great even though the heater doesn't work. Lots of space to spread out and easy access to stores. The owners have many items you may need on hand so you may not need to bring them. The house does have a couple issues and the mattresses were too hard for us, but far from a deal breaker. Those are just my primary concerns I want to highlight. We did make the owners aware of the issues and hopefully they can get them fixed before the next guests. Overall, we would definitely book again and enjoyed our stay.
