Misleading Condo Description

When I booked this condo, it shows a partial ocean view in the pictures and in the description it states panoramic view of the ocean and city. This is inaccurate. This room only has a city view. Yes, it states city view, but I’ve stayed in a condo in FL that has a corner wrap around balcony that overlooks both. The pictures indicate that there is both, and that is the sole reason we booked this condo. The cleanliness was less than acceptable for the price and the large cleaning fee you pay. Dirty walls, filthy base boards, dirty toilet brush in the bathroom, many stain on the couch cover, crumbs still on the counter. Two days of the stay we did not have hot water, the patio door did not lock and we had to use a broom stick to keep the door secure, there was so much air flow through the entrance door that it sounds like a loud whistle all night the mirrors a rusting and the towel holders were starting to come loose. We were told to bring the issue to the front desk, which I did, but we were told it was not their issue and that we would have to advise the condo owner. I was in contact with someone, assuming the owner, but kept getting immediate, within 1 minute responses which indicates to me that they are AI responses. I ended up calling that out and finally felt like I was talking to a real person. This person did offer me some compensation. Not a fair amount for the amount of issues we had and the misleading room description .
