Enjoy the sound of the ocean, the gulf breeze in your hair, and gorgeous views off the private balcony of this second-floor condo, with an unobstructed view. Sorry, pets are not allowed. Plenty of adventure awaits you at this fun resort. You'll have access to the Seascape Condo community swimming pool (heated in the winter months), hot tub, swings, picnic area, BBQ grill, etc., along with access to the convenient private beach walkover. Wristbands are provided for you to access and enjoy the pool area.

Important Notice: Parking at the Seascape Resort Condominiums requires a parking permit and we have included the parking fee in your reservation ($18/per night). You will receive details on how to pick up your permit, along with your wristbands, with your check-in instructions prior to your arrival date.

This community is close to town in case you want to venture in to do some shopping on the Strand, visit a museum, or try some of the many restaurants that are available. This is the perfect spot for families, couples or business travelers.

You're only a few miles to many hot spots such as Moody Gardens, fishing piers, restaurants, breweries, and more!
- Walmart, Randall's, Spec's, and many other stores are only a few miles away.
- Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn Waterpark are only 2.9 miles away.
- Local favorites like Galveston Island Brewery and Jimmy's on the Pier Restaurant and Fishing Pier are nearby.

Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.

Upon selection/approval of this property, note that basic additional terms & conditions will apply. You will expect to receive our Porter additional terms & conditions via email, which will be enabled for you to thoroughly view and sign digitally. This is not considered an executed document until you view and complete these terms & conditions. We appreciate your understanding of this needed task and we are thrilled for your stay!

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right.
