This property was the perfect place for us to stay while attending the Furniture Market. Though a bit of a drive each morning, (aout 27-30 minutes) we wanted a location in Greensboro as we always end up eating in in Greensboro area due to lack of access to the few good restaurants in High Point during market. The location near the airport was a bonus as well. While my husband and I typically drive from Indiana, we fly our designers down to the area. Triad Airport was much more convenient than Charlotte, and in this case was a 7-minute drive from the house. We picked up our designer (who was able to get a direct flight from Chicago) on our way into High Point the morning of our first day. The home itself was lovely. It was in a very nice neighborhood (with friendly neighbors) and offered the perfect set up for us. The primary bedroom and bath were in the lower living area and there was a bedroom, bath and sitting room upstairs, which offered our designer some space and privacy. Instructions for check-in were easily understood, and we had no reason for contact with the host (although we had very pleasant interaction with her as we were leaving town). My only reluctance in writing this review,, is that someone will rent it before us next year. :)

Adorable Getaway

We loved stayng here. The house was in a charming neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

The owner was wonderful. They thought of everything needed! We had a light bulb burn out and they came immediately to fix it! We highly recommend this property!

Quiet neighborhood, very responsive owner, nice property

We were so happy with our host. The coffee maker went out and she quickly replaced it. Everything was clean and tidy. And quiet. It was all labeled so we knew were to find things/what to do. We had a very nice experience. Would rent again, without a doubt!!!

Perfect stay, quite neighborhood

We came for my son’s swim meet. This house was perfect for us. He had the whole upstairs to nap in between prelims and finals. I could make dinner for us to have every night after we got home and enjoyed it on the patio out back. Neighborhood is so quiet. We fell in love with empanada grill which is right around the corner from the house. Kathryn was a wonderful host. Very responsive and accomplished. We come to Greensboro often for swim meets and will definitely stay here again.

Great host and great location!

Host was very courteous and great with communication. We contacted them about an Internet outage (storm took it out) and they got back to us within minutes to let us know what happened. Property is in a very nice and peaceful neighborhood. House was well stocked with basic things that are needed for the stay and even a few extras. House was also very clean. The TV setup was great. Easy to add our own accounts and setup so they automatically delete at the end of our stay. Will definitely look into staying again when we are in this area in the future.

Everything about this home was just right. Very comfortable. Located in a nice neighborhood. Close to airport and soccer fields where our granddaughter was playing in a tournament. Home was very clean and with a well equipped kitchen. Beds were comfortable. TV was easy to work. Other family members mentioned how nice it was. If you are looking for a great place to stay this is it. I would book again!
