A handy work from home setup is ready to go. Primary bedroom has a walk-in closet and spa-like ensuite. Beautiful views of the Rockies surround you! Convenience: steps away from a pubs, wine store, restaurant & outdoor skating pond. A 15 minute scenic walk to downtown & 15 minute car ride to Banff!
The space
Modern, large, resort-feel living with views of rugged Ha Ling, Rundle, and Lady MacDonald ranges.

Inside, you'll find a bright open concept Living Area and spacious Kitchen. Enjoy all of the comforts and conveniences for a great stay!

Massive dining table with seating for 10. You feel as if you're part of nature with the surrounding over-sized windows.

Living room
Rundle stone gas fireplace and spacious seating --- a wonderful spot to relive your day's adventures! Convenient access to the patio allows expansion of your living space to the outdoors.
The couch is a queen size pull-out for extra sleeping.

Kitchen
Has everything needed for all your cooking needs. 10 foot island (4.8 m) with beverage fridge, Keurig coffee pod maker, gas range, microwave, dishwasher, and a double-door refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser. There is a large counter area for preparing dinner or drinks for the whole group. The oversized island allows comfortable seating for five. The handy beverage center has two temperature controlled zones, and 2 pull-out racks that hold 14 bottles of wine, in addition to two upper shelves.

Patio
Large covered patio (additional 300 sq ft / 28 m2) with comfortable seating, mountain views and BBQ. Access via living room and primary bedroom.

Convenient bench and large closet for coats and footwear. Console table for handy access to all your phones, sunglasses, keys, etc…

Guest bedroom - Queen bed with storage drawers and closet, plus nightstands have 3 large drawers.

Den – flex space with queen “transformer” sofa-bed and large desk (60 inches / 150 cm), monitor, keyboard, and printer for “Work From Home” or planning your adventures. Great space for the kids to watch “their” SMART TV from the couch.

4th bed – living room has queen sofa-bed.

This was my favorite place to stay in all of the vacation rentals I’ve been to. It was stunning, the location couldn’t have been more charming, and the views were unreal! It had every amenity we could need, the hosts were so kind and communicative, and we truly did not want to leave. I would love to come stay again, as this has been a trip to remember!

This property has an amazing view from the living/dining room. The sunrise is beautiful. And it’s conveniently located to the Bridgette Bar and is an easy walk to downtown. The kitchen is very well stocked.

Great host!

We got back from our lovely vacation stay at his place and we loved the cleanliness + location of the penthouse. However, construction is going on right next to the building and it can get very loud and dusty during the day. Not a fault of the owner, but definitely keep in mind if you are sensitive. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and hope to return. Thank you for everything!

Perfect Stay

This property is even more beautiful than the pictures. It is so spacious and light filled. The hosts have literally stocked it with everything you can think of from cookingware, to children supplies, to stationary. Everything is new and modern, and in excellent condition. This was the perfect location for us to walk into downtown Canmore, have access to plenty of restaurants and grocery store and bike rentals. Parking, check in and communication with the host was seamless. This unit definitely was one of the pluses of our vacation and we highly recommend it to anyone traveling to this area.

We love being able to have people enjoy our fabulous getaway when we’re not out using it ourselves enjoying the mountains - hiking, skiing, or golfing and visiting our grand-kids in Banff.

Varför värden valde detta boende

The Spring Creek location is great. It has a resort-like feel to it and is tucked away from the highway and the train, but surrounded by a number of mountain views (Three Sisters, Ha Ling, Rundle and Lady MacDonald). And, everything is very handy. You can walk to downtown Canmore or the Rec Centre and you can easily drive to Banff or Sunshine or Kananaskis, etcetera for hiking, snowboarding, golfing, etcetera.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Besides the convenient location, we love the square footage this corner unit has, the over-sized windows and the large patio just makes for a very comfortable and mountainous environment. The view out to the pond is enjoyable. We can’t wait to watch out the window as the grandkids learn to skate on the pond in the winter. We tried to make everything convenient in our condo as well:
• we installed a beverage center in the Island so you weren’t taking up the fridge with beverages.
• we had a 9 foot long dining table boom-lifted over our patio railing into the space so you can comfortably seat 10 people.
• we chose drawers in the kitchen so people can easily access dinnerware
• we placed a bench in the entry way, so you can sit to put on your shoes.
• there is a large console table in the entry way to drop your keys, phones, etcetera.
• we bought night-tables with plug-ins in them, so you can easily plug-in your phone chargers.
• there is a large desk in the den in case you need to squeeze in some remote work (monitor, printer, connections, keyboard, mouse) or plan your daily outings.
• the patio furniture is large and super comfy so you can enjoy visiting and the views.
• the living room TV is 65 inches with a soundbar and one remote.
• suitcase racks are in the walk-in closet to help make it easy to unpack
• towels and robes for the hot-tub are also stored in the walk-in closet
