Plan your next family get together or holiday, full kitchen for the cooking crowd. Think Thanksgiving central, turkey being made in the kitchen, family gathered around the island and the game on every one of the 20+ TVs, then off to a glass of champagne in the hot tub (and a full workout the next morning to shake it off).

New, Spacious north NJ Home

Clean, spacious 5 bedroom home. The home had plenty of room, numerous TVs, and a great location to Metlife Stadium. My family really enjoyed our stay.

Stay was overall disappoinitng for the following reasons: 1. Cleanliness. This was the biggest issue. The house was not clean. There was a very superficial attempt to clean the house but on closer inspection the bathrooms and kitchens were dirty. I find it hard to believe that this house was cleaned professionally prior to our arrival. 2. This house advertises that it sleeps 12. I couldn't find beds that sleep 12 - maybe 8. The description isn't accurate. FYI, the house has only 2 full bathrooms. The house is totally "smart". While that's not necessarily a good or bad thing, it is very confusing. The house is in a very nice, peaceful and quiet location with a nice park immediately behind the house. I don't like to write negative reviews as I recognize that the owners need the business, but this house needs a thorough and professional cleaning pre-rental in the future. The description of beds is also not accurate. I wouldn't stay here again unless I knew that the house was cleaned appropriately.

Honest Review - Be Aware

Here is my long, fair, and honest review for anyone considering staying at this property, especially at the price of over 1,500 per night.Pros: - Very suitable for family gatherings and parties. There is plenty of space in the house, a large back yard, and plenty of parking.- Patient host. I unfortunately had to leave some chairs behind after check out because the company I rented from was behind schedule but the host was accommodating.- The house is well stocked with everything someone would need for their stay.Cons:- Cleanliness. It's ironic that this is the most I've ever paid to stay at a short term rental and this was also the dirtiest house I've ever stayed in. This is no exaggeration to say when I walked in it felt like I walked into a random person's house that just stepped out to walk the dog. It was dirty and not professionally cleaned at all. Food in the fridge, mail on the desk, grease on the stove etc. The host sent cleaners the next day to do a surface leaning for 45 minutes but if the host left the house like that there's no way the sheets were cleaned. The host conveniently leaves out pictures of the "gym' and some rooms because it's just a bunch of stuff everywhere. Outside was also dirty.- Professionalism. When I first brought the cleanliness to the hosts attention he tried to gaslight me and say it was just some mail. Seems like he lives there, leaves when someone books, and just cleans it himself to make a few bucks. It honestly felt like robbery

The stay was great. The host Kris is very communicative and easily accessible by text. The house was kept very clean and the amenities were great for our party. Would definitely visit again.
