Detta fullt möblerade lägenhet med två sovrum ligger i en av sydvästra Floridas främsta gated communites, Bonita Bay, och har allt du behöver för att göra din vistelse orofri och avkopplande. Great location

The condo is in a great location. The furniture( sofa and loveseat are outdated and not very comfortable. The key pick up and drop off is in a offsite location that is difficult to find. There is a key pad on the door; no sure why that isn’t used instead of the old fashioned key pick up/drop!

Perfect for our needs

Beautiful location & view off the lanai. Requested outside lights be replaced & was done quickly. Unit was well equipped & clean. When checking out, keys drop off a little challenging to locate. Leaving keys in condo would be more convenient for renter. Overall, we’d recommend this unit & would stay there again.

Nice condo with lake view

we loved the private beach club only 6-10 minutes away. Watching the wildlife from the screened lanai. Publix just across Tamiami Trail. Lush growth of foliage despite thinning by Hurricane Irma. Close to shopping, beach and restaurants. This condo has new washer/dryer, 5 ceiling fans, bikes for use, coolers 2 bed, 2 bath.

The perfect vacation spot

We absolutely loved Bonita Springs. Your condo was perfect for our needs. The alligator and turtles kept us company most days while we ate our meals in the screened lanai - they were a treat to see (from a distance!) The whole arrangement was hassle-free with Pat. The guys at the gate were easy to please as well. So easy to get around between Fort Myers and Naples. We still can't believe how beautiful the trees and flowers are everywhere. We especially appreciated the bikes. We used them every day. I used the pool every day. We used the canoes, played bocce, shopped till we dropped and squeezed in 6 rounds of golf in 12 days. It was a bonus for me to have unlimited long distance. I was able to get a little work done over the phone during the 2 weeks - mostly when Edie wasn't watching. We would recommend your condo to anyone for a lot of reasons. Edie & I are very anxious to make a similar arrangement with you for next November. Bob Bonisteel

Equals many Gold Crown Timeshare Units

A very comfortable and well furnished unit with plenty of crockery etc so you do not need to keep running the dishwasher The view from the Lanai /balcony is wonderful and we spent much of our time simply enjoying the view and the warmth of the sun Watching the coming and goings of 8 turtles , amhingas drying their wings , white egrets pecking the lake edge for food and an alligator lazing in the sun on the opposite bank (although personally i hate alligators and crocs ) The wildlife area and walks surrounding the unit are lovely and everyone we passed spoke to us We left the unit as spotless as the day we walked in to it and would hope others do the same because very few rentals we have experienced live up to this standard and would hate to see it spoilt for future renters because this owner certainly appreciates good guests

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und äußerst gut ausgestattet. Wir haben dort eine Woche verbracht. Es gibt eine tolle Küche mit riesigem Kühlschrank sowie Mikrowelle, Ofen, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die Wohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils angrenzendem Bad. Die Schlafzimmer haben große Kleiderschränke mit vielen Bügeln und noch mehr Stauraum. Das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich. In jedem Zimmer gibt es einen Fernseher, insgesamt sind es drei. Dazu wird eine Playstation sowie kostenlose Extrafilme geboten. Dieses Unterhaltungsprogramm haben wir aber nicht benötigt, da die Anlage sehr viel bietet. Mit den dazugehörigen Fahrrädern haben wir eine Tour durch die komplette Bonita Bay Siedlung gemacht. Es gibt viel zu sehen. Ein Hafen, Bootssteege, Trimmstrecke, Boulebahn, Schmetterlingsgarten, Spielplätze. Gerne genutzt haben wir den Tennisplatz sowie den naheliegenden Pool, den wir meist für uns alleine hatten. Der Privalstrand liegt ungefähr zehn Autominuten entfernt. Dieser ist sehr sauber, für Liegen und Schirme wird umgehend gesorgt. Dieser Strand ist nur für Bonita Bay Gäste zugänglich. Besonders lobend möchte ich noch die große, vor Moskito geschütze Terrasse hervorheben, wo wir abends oft gesessen haben. Dort gibt es einen Ventillator, so dass man es im Sommer gut aushalten kann. Gemütliche Liegen sind auch vorhanden. Es war ein rundherum gelungener Urlaub mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Greetings from Germany

Amazing Stay!

I highly recommend this condo! Me and some friends stayed for a week The condo was very clean and well maintained. It had all the needed amenities (towels, kitchen plates and utensils, pots, pans, a blender and kettle etc..). The pool and hot tub in the complex is amazing and never busy. Very peaceful. There are also tennis courts and barbeques. The beach is very close! About a 10 minute car ride or you can take a shuttle! (depending when it runs). Overall it was a great stay! Such a beautiful area! Lots of shopping, restaurants and grocery stores near by. Overall, we cant wait to go back! Great for a family, couple or independent getaway.

Great Vacation Place!

We had a great stay at Tony´s place. The condo was very clean, comfortably furnished and supplied with everything we needed! The private beach access was very convenient with ample chairs and umbrellas for free use. Wildpines, the location of the condo, is beautifully manicured with two tennis courts and a pool. Everything was taken care of and we enjoyed the cabel TV and WiFi . I got to meet Tony, the owner, and he ´s a great guy who really cared about our well being. Thanks! We´d love to come back!

Ideal Florida Vacation - A LITTLE BIT OF PARADISE!

I had a truly relaxing and enjoyable vacation in this well situated condo at Wild Pines,Bonita Springs, Florida. We arrived on March 31st, 2012 and departed on April 7th, 2012. We were fortunate to experience a vacation with terrific weather in a beautiful setting. It is difficult not to be in awe of the the environment upon passing through the gates. The grounds are impressive showcasing well manicured and maintained landscaping within this gated community. The temperature ranged from mid 80s during the day in mid 60s in the evening, ideal and very comfortable. We arrived to find a clean, modern and comfortable condo with all the amenities of home and more. The condo is extremely well situated in Wild Pines providing a beautiful unabstructed view of the water and lush landscaping. One highlight of the condo is the large lanai extending the full width of the condo and that can be accessed from either the living room and master bedroom, it is an extension of the living quarters. To awake each morning to the view it provided was like being in a little paradise each day. I enjoyed having a meal or reading on the lanai at anytime during the day or evening, as it was never too sunny or cool. The location of this condo provided a quiet and peaceful setting. The pool and sauna are close by as is the pick up and drop off point for the shuttle to the private beach. The complex is situated amongst beautiful homes and parks. A visit to the Marina is a must. I visited two of the three parks in the complex and enjoyed exploring the various walking paths.Taking the shuttle to the beach was quick and convenient. I appreciated the privacy and the amenities provided at the beach and the fact there was always a chaise and umbrella available at all times.The beach area although well populated,never seemed to be over crowded and the use of facitiies at the beach were available daily.This location is ideal for travel to Fort Myers, Estero and Naples. I found great restaurants at Coconunt Point particularly,as one one could enjoy not only great shopping and delicious food at reasonable prices, but also live music while relaxing in a setting close to water. The only negative to this vacation is that we did not have enough time to visit other near by public beaches, shopping areas and tourist sites. I will return again to continue to explore the myriad of tourist sites, shopping and beaches and of course to experience some peace and tranquility!
