Fully equipped & furnished with everything you need to enjoy of a confortable stay.
You have access to the common area on the rroftop for the exclusive use of our guests, where you can enjoy the pool, do your workout at the GYM and take a sunbath enjoying an amazing sunset, laundry its also available in the building.
Our concierge will contact you a day in advance for the check in details, dont hesitate to contact him anytime.
All communication must be done through Airbnb messaging. We are several people in charge of messages with you guests and we need to use the same channel to keep track of your reservation and be able to serve you efficiently.
Aldea Zama is an area full of style that makes Tulum quiet live, located 20 minutes from the beach by bike and 10 minutes by car.
We suggest you rent a bicycle, motorcycle or ATV; in the area there are many places where you can rent them or from your arrival you can rent a car if you prefer.
The rate you have paid includes 10kw of electricity per day, in case of exceeding that consumption, we charge $8mxn per extra KW.
UPON CHECK-IN, A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $350 USD IN CASH WILL BE REQUIRED. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED UPON CHECK-OUT IF THERE ARE NO DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY.

As our guest, you have free access to our exclusive beach club, located at kilometer 9.3 in Tulumâs hotel zoneâone of the most beautiful spots on the coast.
Beach Club Hours: 10:00 AM â 6:00 PM
Restaurant: Open daily from 7:30 AM â 10:00 PM
