Keyless entry lets you arrive on your schedule. You'll receive your unique access code and detailed instructions on how to use the lock 24 hours before check-in. And just in case—there’s an emergency backup key on-site if the internet ever goes down.

You might begin your day with yoga on a platform tucked among the pines, or linger over coffee while children explore the fenced garden. As evening falls, string lights glow above the patio and the fire pit becomes the center of connection and laughter.

Sleeping arrangements
This home is spread across two connected units with space for up to 12 guests. The Garden Room features a king bed with a memory foam hybrid mattress, super-sized closet, reading nook, extra storage, and streaming TV. The Zen Den offers a queen bed, workspace with supplies, a reading nook, TV, DVD player, and backyard views. The Tree Room has a memory foam hybrid mattress, nightstands, streaming TV, and full-length mirror. In the Wood Room, you’ll find another memory foam hybrid mattress paired with a rustic wooden wall and dedicated workspace. The Forest Room adds a memory foam hybrid mattress, streaming TV, full-length mirror, and lighted pine tree. A queen sofa sleeper in the upper unit family room offers extra flexibility with added padding, linens, and pillows.

Kitchen & dining
With two full kitchens, preparing meals for a group is simple. Each kitchen is stocked with stainless steel appliances, cooking basics, and thoughtful touches like a coffee bar with multiple brewing options. The upper unit has an open-concept dining space with seating for six, while the lower unit includes a well-equipped kitchen and adjacent dining area, perfect for family meals or takeout nights.

Living areas
The upper unit’s family room invites you to relax by the gas fireplace or stream shows amid mid-century furnishings and a softly lit birch tree. Downstairs, the bright living room offers a 50-inch smart TV, record player with classic LPs, games, books, and DVDs set against natural wood accents.

Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms serve the property, each with a shower/tub combo, tiled finishes, and bright vanity lighting. Fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and other essentials are provided.

Outdoor living
Step into a fully fenced yard that is both family- and pet-friendly. Cook on the BBQ grill, share meals at the picnic table or patio dining set, and gather by the fire pit under festive string lights. A platform tucked among the trees is prepared with mats, cushions, and props for yoga or forest bathing.

Amenities for comfort & convenience
The home is equipped with air conditioning, heating, portable fans, and washer/dryer. Entertainment options include TVs, record player, sound system, books, board games, and exercise equipment. Families will appreciate the crib, pack ’n play, high chair, children’s toys, dinnerware, and safety gear. Extras include bikes, beach essentials, free parking, and self check-in with a smart lock.

Safety
Peace of mind comes with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and exterior security cameras located at the front door and parking areas.

You’re just 7 miles from downtown Seattle and perfectly positioned near the University of Washington, top healthcare facilities, and the city’s top sporting venues. Getting around is easy—you're only a mile from the Northgate Light Rail station and a 5-minute walk to the Rapid Ride bus line. Hop on the Link Light Rail for a quick, affordable ride to UW, downtown, Lumen Field, T-Mobile Park, or Sea-Tac Airport. It’s just $3.50 and trains run every 8 minutes, making your commute or game day a breeze.

Thornton Creek lower unit is wheelchair accessible and we have provided a wheelchair ramp, shower chair/grab bar for any disabled visitors with advanced notice.

Exterior cameras are at the front door of each unit and another overlooking the parking area. They record sound and video. There are NO inside cameras. However, we do monitor for decibel levels, smoke, and number of people present.

We are dedicated to offering a comfortable and natural environment for all our visitors. Please note that some of our bedding contains down feathers, and our decor includes natural and cowhide elements. Living in a natural environment means that we may occasionally see animals and insects. We do have bi-monthly extermination control.

We support eco-friendly, sustainable, and environmentally-considerate purchases and practices wherever possible. We forgo single-use items such as Keurig coffee pods, use Brita pitchers for filtered water, and recycle extensively.
