Det Àr det perfekta stÀllet att koppla av, varva ner, eller om man sÄ vill, starta eller avsluta din vandring. Mindre Àn tvÄ miles med bil till Dick Creek A / T tilltrÀde. Om du hellre vill ... du kan ta en lÀtt 2 mil hike ner den privata National Forest Road framför hytten och sedan gÄ ytterligare cirka 1 mil, mÄttlig vandring som tar dig till Tom Cowart Gap pÄ A / T . Inte en vandrare, vÀl bara ta en lugn promenad genom parken som instÀllningen lÀngs nivÄ, trÀd tÀltförsedda vÀg med 200 ft av forsande bÀck kantad av National Forest lÀngs baksidan av fastigheten ... igen, inte en sjÀl i sikte. Det finns en grillplats, swing och bÀnkar dÀr för din njutning. Det Àr det perfekta stÀllet att bara sitta och slappna av. Med tvÄ verandor och en trappa upp skÀrmad balkong, aldrig mÄste du lÀmna bekvÀmligheten i kabinen för att njuta av sevÀrdheter och ljudet av bÀcken nedanför. De tre sovrummen pÄ andra vÄningen (en med sin egen balkong) var med sÀngar för din komfort. Alla Àr utrustade med takflÀkt, larm / ljud maskiner. Det finns ett stort allrum med ett glas fronted vedspis och storbilds-TV och ett separat vardagsrum med TV utanför matsalen. Wifi, Premium HD Direct TV och telefon med gratis lÄnga avstÄnd ingÄr ocksÄ.

Om du bara behöver en hemort, Àr detta den perfekta platsen. Stugan ligger centralt till mÄnga av Nord Georgiens frÀmsta platser .... Georgien Mountain Fair Grounds (ca. 9 miles,) Lake Chatuge och Lake Burton (ca. 7 miles). Clayton, Blairsville, och Helen Àr alla inom 20 miles frÄn stugan. Hightower Winery Àr 1/2 mil bort, A / T leden huvudet 1 1/2 till 2 miles med bil. Helt inredda med allt du behöver. Kom och bo en vecka eller en lÄnghelg ... du kommer aldrig vill lÀmna.

Absolutely Magical!

Can’t say enough about this place! Great location. Everything you can need in the kitchen. The playroom was perfect for game nights. And the creek. Can’t say enough about the creek! Our whole family spent hours in the creek collecting beautiful rocks and splashing around. We could have spent a month here! If there was a place we would ever return - this would be it! Thanks for a wonderful week. It went by way too fast!

Beautiful cabin, well maintained, excellent location and hostess very responsive in a timely manner. Hope to return soon with the grandchildren. The creek was awesome and the trails were fun. Small towns near by were interesting providing some shopping and eating out but honestly we really didn't want to leave the cabin! Excellent choice for getting away from it all for a few days.

Our second stay

This was our second time and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. Our kids love to play in the creek and explore. It is very relaxing and quiet and clean
perfect for a relaxing getaway. One afternoon we got home and the air conditioning wasn’t working. I called Nancy and she has someone out to fix it within a couple of hours. She is always welcoming and very responsive.

Amazing family retreat. We already want to go back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in northern Georgia. Nestled next to a peaceful creek and surrounded by nature, it was the perfect retreat for our family. The location is ideal—close to stunning state parks and waterfalls, making it easy to explore the wilderness. If you’re looking for great food, nearby Clayton and Helen have fantastic dining options.That said, some of our favorite moments were simply spent at the house—relaxing on the porch, listening to the creek, birds, and rustling leaves. It was pure tranquility, especially sharing those quiet moments with our 6- and 2-year-old daughters. Whether you’re up for adventure or just want to unwind, this home is a gem. The house is extremely well-kept. We’re so happy that the owner Nancy is willing to share her second home with us. We can’t wait to return!

Another wonderful trip

Nancy is a kind owner that communicates well and when needed. The home is extremely well kept, and stocked. The cleaners do an amazing job, and everything is fresh and new when you arrive. The property is beautiful and we spent hours exploring the trails and sitting by the creek.

We stayed here for the outside of the property which was absolutely beautiful. The inside was cozy! We enjoyed every minute of our stay and wish that we could have stayed longer. We will certainly be back.

Mountain, stream front cabin.

I would totally recommend this cabin. It has all the essentials needed for a great vacation. We especially enjoyed listening to the sound of the creek below the back deck.

Great place to relax

Great base camp for hiking waterfalls trails and fishing in the area . Very private property . The kitchen was fully stocked for what we needed. There was a nice gravel walkway down to the creek with solar lights for the way back in the dark . You can hear the water flowing as soon as you get out of the car . We would love to stay here again . Owner called on check in day to make sure we had everything we needed . We visited places we had never been and made great memories !

Magical place

We were a family of 6 (gramma, kids and grandkids) The property was awesome, gorgeous place , everything was truly perfect . The cabin had anything you needed, the kids enjoyed so much the play room it was their space , we adults also enjoyed it playing family games after a day full Of adventures hiking trails. The creek was beautiful we all enjoyed by the pit while the kids swimming. It was truly a paradise in the mountains. I will be back

Private creekside setting

Wonderful creekside cabin with multiple porches! The outdoor space next to the creek was a great space to relax. Inside the cabin had everything you would need to cook a meal , hang out or watch TV. Creek was much closer to the cabin than pictures show and it's noise could be heard throughout the home. Would definitely recommend to others and I would stay again!

Peaceful and quant

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. This was such a peaceful piece of property! Just what we needed! Love the porches with the creek “music” right below. Loved the fact that there was a winery with live music less than a mile away from the house. We loved our time spent here. Hated when it was time for us to leave.

Girlfriends mountain Fall getaway

Cabin is lovely. The location is secluded and beautiful. It is easy to access with directions provided by hoat. Comfortable with helpful ammenities. Only drawback for some are stairs to all 3 bedrooms. Highly recommend this for a getaway retreat. Full peace and serenity!

Family vacation

Loved the seclusion of the cabin. So well stocked for cooking. My teen loved playing in the creek. Wonderful time spent in the cabin. Loved that the owner even called and checked on us during our stay.

Wonderful cabin

The cabin was clean and hidden in the perfect spot. The creek behind the house was so nice to hear. The path down to the creek was lit so at night you could sit by the water on the Adirondack chairs or the swing around the fire pit. Cannot wait to go back and stay again.

Peaceful, excellent location

We just loved our stay here! The location was great, secluded but not far from town. We absolutely loved playing in the creek and the canopy of the trees. Great place for the kids, as they loved playing in the creek and having the ‘game room’ to themselves to hangout. Owner was very nice and responsive, would definitely stay here again!
