I donât usually leave bad reviewsâŠ
When we first arrived, our code didnât work. I was able to get ahold of the owner quickly and she gave me a new code. She also gave me the property managers number. The first night at 3:00 am, the fire alarm started to chirp in our bedroom like it does when the battery needs to be replaced. It was at the top of the vaulted ceiling. I couldnât find a new battery anywhere. It kept us up and we tried getting ahold of the owner again as well as the property manager. The owner never did return our message. The property manager came out in the morning to replace the battery. I also let the owner know of some cleanliness issues and was hoping we could at least get a refund on the cleaning bill since we werenât able to enjoy a clean place like others have. She never got back to me. Maybe she didnât get my message through the app, but she got one of my previous ones so I was confused⊠most of the unit was clean, however there was a bed that didnât have the bedding washed. There were crumbs all over it and barbecue sauce on the bed frame and pillow case. We had to wash all the bedding. There were crumbs in the utinsels drawers and dried on food on some of the plates in the cupboards. I donât usually leave bad reviews. It makes me feel bad. I think most people are doing the best they can, so I hesitate leaving the bad review. I tried to reach out to see if the owner would reimburse us for something but never heard back which is the only reason I decided to post this here.
