Sea Mist Getaway is a charming 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome located in New Smyrna Beach. This townhome is newly furnished, with a spacious fenced backyard, and an updated kitchen including granite counters and stainless-steel appliances! There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. This townhome sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably. When you’re not catching sun on the beach, splash around in the onsite community pool. You will love Sea Mist Getaway!

Seawoods Townhomes are a great location for your next beach vacation. Townhome was great! Nice corner unit that gave us a little more room to walk dogs. Very charming decor. Things were clean and the place was well appointed. We would definitely come back.

This property is very well located, a few kinks that got in the way of it being an excellent experience (porch light was out, 2 dining tables were unstable, mattresses were all incredibly firm), but it’s a nice property with a nicely stocked kitchen, great layout. Hosts were extremely responsive- made the process very easy. Were ready to send someone to fix the dining tables when we reported it (but we declined). Would recommend this property, it’s a corner unit with a lot of privacy, also very quiet, couldn’t hear the neighbors. Parking was easy. Would rent again.

Nice neighborhood

Home smelled when we checked in. Floors and rugs were filthy. Air filter needed changing, dishes were dirty, coffee maker was dirty. Mgmt. company cleaned better after we arrived. I would not stay with this mgmt. company again.
