Gorgeous beach cottage, newly renovated and ready for your family! The house is in an excellent location, positioned just steps away from the beach & the bay. The house has everything you need for a perfect island vacation. And let's talk about that backyard oasis- a dreamy pavilion all set for your barbeques, movies, and game nights. This house is absolutely an individual property with private fence around. You do not need to share space with others!

This charming property is ideal for a group of up to 6 guests, Frist bedroom sleeping arrangements include a comfortable Queen bed and traditional white wicker bedroom set, second bedroom has a Modem and cozy twin over full bunk bed for your utmost comfort. The backroom has a futon can be converted to a full-size bed. This room has its own door, blinds and curtains with privacy can be used as third bedroom as well as a second living room. The property is equipped with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen with a Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Stove, Full-size Refrigerator, Oven, and all the necessary cookware and utensils. Other amenities include a Washer and Dryer, High-Speed Internet, Smart TVs for entertainment, and a Wireless Lan for your convenience. Stay cool with 3 Wall AC units and take advantage of the Fenced Private Yard for outdoor relaxation. Relaxing enjoyable stay!

We really enjoyed staying at your beach home!! Thank you for your quick response to questions we had. It was perfect for our family! The backyard was awesome In the morning to relax with a cup of coffee and in the evening a cocktail or two! 4 Beach tags were included and the house was just a short walk to the beach! Way more affordable than local hotels. Would highly recommend!!
