32ft carver boat..Beautiful cabin on the river..enjoy the peace and quiet..

Boat is not hotel or resort it is fine camping boat is for rent to enjoy and sleep on does not leave the dock at all..where boat is is a very quiet peaceful place with ice cold air conditioning comfort fullsize bed heated swimming pool on grounds..private showers and near store and restrooms boat has electric head and water good for washing and cleaning not drinking..and not a ton of storage space but enough for few days worth of clothes and items for trip..please contact me directly for check in information as the address in app is completely wrong I will try to get fixed but not even sure what address it used anyhow just reach out i will also for location of boat marina in bay City mi..thank you for your intrest in my boat as well.. sincerely ROBERT .

It was such a fun experience! The marina was quiet & serene with great amenities! We really lucked out with some perfect weather. Comfortable temps with amazing breezes! Cozy & comfortable!! Will do it again!

Fun alternative

We enjoyed our stay on the boat! The marina and it's pool are excellent. My kids had fun and we hardly even touched the cellphones! The host was Communicative and left us stocked with water and charcoal. For those seeking a fun alternative to a hotel or house, this is it! If you like being connected to the outdoors give this a try.

Boat appetit!!!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay on this boat to see the Bay City fireworks. This was the "hot ticket" to fill the void from selling our boat. The owner & dad kept in great contact & went the extra miles for making our stay "extra special." Both "very nice guys." We look forward to rebooking again. We look forward to seeing the friends that we made while staying at the marina. Bay City always has lots of events & good places to eat (LOVED H20!).

Unique Getaway by the Water

We really enjoyed the experience of staying on a boat and found that we had everything we needed. While this is not like staying in hotel, it has amenities similar to an RV or small rental, but allows the unique opportunity to be right on the water. We watched a couple of freighters come through on the river and spent mornings coffee time outside. Air conditioning was a nice bonus, though not necessary for the temps during our stay. Communication was very clear and it is obvious this host has gone out of their was to make guest feel at home with little extras.

I'm from Saginaw twp.I am like everyone else out there work 70 hours a week and have no time to enjoy my own boat. so I figured I would let others plus the economy today we all need plans for extra income and hosting is that way to make a little extra income and meet some really nice people..
