Beautiful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach and condo. I love being on the second floor above the pool so we can keep an eye on our teens.

Belle Mer is located right along the beach. The beach was easy to access! The pool and hot tub were a great addition for those times needing a break from the beach.

Amazing!!!!

Best location and condo we have stayed at in many years. Beach access was wonderful, spacious condo for the entire family, parking excellent and pool was sparkling clean. We had the best week and looking forward to staying here again next summer.

Wonderful property!

This condo is very beautiful. It is spacious and well decorated. Plenty of room for 2 families. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are very comfy too! Plenty of closet space in each room for luggage storage so no ones bags has to be sitting in the way. The only issue we had with the condo is in the front king bedroom where the carpet and ceramic floor meet on the bathroom entrance, some of the carpet nails were poking up and were stepped on. Nothing major, just something that the owner might want to look into. We will definitely be looking to rent this unit again in the future!

Very nice condo

First, I want to say it was a very large condo with an ocean view. There is plenty of room to stretch out, eat and make meals. Lots of parking, easy in and out. The condo is pretty. The reason I did not give five stars, I really think the owner needs to get into this condo and live there for a week. Things need replacing. In the bedrooms, some of the lights do not work, the fan doesn’t work in the master bedroom. The dryer squeaks terribly. The shower door doesn’t close completely. I know these are minor things, but they were aggravating. This condo is up for sale. The master bed was wonderful, but the beds in the other rooms were not comfortable and the mattresses should be replaced if she is going to continue renting this condo.

Family Vacation

Our stay here was great, the condo was very clean upon arrival. The second story with 3rd floor views has a great view of the gulf / pool. Checking in and out was seamless, the host had very clear instructions and made it easy. We drove from PA to FL and had arrived earlier to the property than anticipated. I had messaged the host a few times to see if it was okay to use the access to the beach while we waited. Unlike other vacation homes we have rented for family vacations be prepared to bring with you everything, from salt to toilet paper. Walmart and Publix are very close making shopping easy. I would recommend the shower head in the bedroom with the two beds be updated, as the water does not come out of it as it should. The pool was great, a bit smaller than anticipated but the building was quiet and it really fit all of our needs. There was a police officer every evening around 10pm that came by. The boardwalk to the beach was kept very clean and convenient to use for washing sand off chairs and beach equipment. We are looking forward to coming back, possibly selecting a different month as the Gulf was full of sargassum and June grass, making alot of the days not pleasant to swim in. As unpredictable as the water was, there were also days we snorkeled in very clear waters! Beautiful home away from home!

Beautiful, Spacious, Clean and Memorable

The condo was beautiful! Our kids loved having a bed to themselves and their own bathroom to share. All of the rooms had walkin closets that provided more than enough room for hanging clothes and storing luggage. The view from the balcony was great and overlooked the pool (at times could be heard from the unit, one group was super rowdy, but not after 10pm). The unit came with everything you could ask for except beach towels, which was fine since our kids are picky lol. The included chairs were an added benefit that my in-laws loved. The owner was great to work with and we are looking forward to using it again.

Family Getaway

Laid back, no need to be in a rush, relaxing vacation spot. My husband, daughter, her husband, two children (5 & 3), and myself enjoyed our trip to Navarre very much. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. The third bathroom was an extra that we didn’t realize we would want on future trips. Everyone being able to clean up from the beach or get ready at the same time eliminated some stress from trying to get so many people accommodated all at once. The beds were comfy, kitchen contained what we needed to prepare all the meals we wanted, and the washer and dryer on site were handy. The beach and pool were always clean and easy to access. I did find out that I would have to pay 10 a day for us to have the chairs reserved in our names or I could make sure to get to the beach early to place belongings on them to claim them. It was a small cost I didn’t mind paying, but was not able to “claim” chairs the first day because they were already being used. Will definitely book this condo again.

Spring Break

We came over for the weekend for a lacrosse tournament and the start of spring break. We loved the condo and it’s location. The beaches don’t get crowed. There are a ton of resturants (fast food and sit down) within 10 min. And there’s a variety of grocerie stores nearby.

Great condo!

This was a great place to stay for our family of 7. Everyone had enough space, and the kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities to cook meals. The building is close to houses, so the beach is not overcrowded. The owner was very responsive.

The Best Kept Secret

What a surprise to discover such a beautiful treasure nestled into the pristine dunes of Navarre Beaches sugar white sand and emerald green waters. Our unit is beyond perfect. Far surpassing our expectations. Great layout with open concept providing exceptional views. Our last morning Belle Mer’s dolphins swam by our balcony wishing us farewell.

Amazing place to stay!

This property was amazing, and we had the best time. The condo is stocked with all the appliances you could need, and the location is perfect. You are close to the beach and have access to anything you might need for your stay. The owner was very responsive to a question we had. I would 100% want to stay here again!!
