Welcome to Kanai A Nalu 310, a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on the third floor, offering pool/ocean views and a state-of-the-art split A/C system in both the living area and the master bedroom. There are elevators at this property for easy access. This beautiful open-concept space is designed to accommodate up to 6 guests. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and windows that frame spectacular ocean views. Enjoy the convenience of an en suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is thoughtfully designed with two twin-size beds. The guest bathroom features a walk-in shower, providing added convenience for all guests. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious living area adorned with comfortable seating, including a queen-size sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Large windows allow natural light to flood the room, enhancing the airy, tropical ambiance. Adjacent to the living area is a dining nook, ideal for enjoying dinners or casual meals with your loved ones. The well-stocked kitchen boasts modern appliances and ample counter space, making meal preparation a breeze.

One of the highlights of Kanai A Nalu 310 is the private lanai, where you can start your day with stunning views and end your day with peaceful sounds. This outdoor space is perfect for enjoying a variety of your favorite hobbies. For added convenience, the condo includes an in-unit washer and dryer, allowing you to pack light and keep your wardrobe fresh throughout your stay

Kana'i A Nalu is located in the heart of Ma'alaea. This four-story resort sits on 3 acres of manicured grounds. Enjoy all the amenities this resort offers such as pool access, BBQ grills, and outdoor dining tables. Nearby there is access to Sugar Beach - also known as Kealia Beach. Sugar Beach is the longest beach on Maui and is perfect for a long beach stroll. This sandy shoreline stretches for about 2.5 miles (4 km), from Haycraft Park in Ma'alaea all the way to north Kihei. Please note, beach conditions across the island will vary throughout the year and constantly change with the season and weather. Good for our stay

Unit was well maintained and clean. Was great for our week long stay. Host provided many things we did not in order to make some breakfast and basic lunches. View of pool and ocean from back zone was very nice. Only wish was that they allowed us to use the safe in the closet. With 3000 in camera gear it would have been nice to have a better place to put it than a drawer when were out. We would stay here again.

Excellent location! Place is fully equipped with beach chairs , boogie boards towels etc. kitchen stocked with oils and spices plus some coffee so no quick run to the very close stores as soon as u arrive. View is stunning!!! Listen to the ocean , watch the palm trees swaying in the wind and u may be tempted to not move. However , walking distance to a marina with tours, a fun shopping center for gifts and great restaurants. There is a hidden beach walking distance to right of parking lot . Owners set up comfort, cleanliness and nice beach vibe . I would go here again and again and again!!!!!

The view that is on the booking photo’s is extremely inaccurate. The pictures show beach access, and a walk out beach literally out front along the property. Upon arrival the condos no longer have beach access and the beach washed away during covid. A woman who stays there full time informed us that there has not been a beach out front for many years. Essentially we got scammed by 6-7 year old photos of the property. The cleanliness of the property is also not up to par. Its a dirty sticky property. There are rusty cooking utensils and dead bugs everywhere. Dust and grime are everywhere. We even wrapped the tv remote with saran wrap to avoid the sticky feeling of the tv remote. The roosters crow at 3am and wake up the kids who sleep in the bedroom with single pane glass. Thats annoying. All in all I would NOT recommend this property to anyone unless the details are outlined correctly.

We’ve confirmed the loss of beach access and are updating the listing photos and description now so future guests have an accurate representation of the property and access. I also apologize for the cleanliness issues you described. Housekeeping has been reminded to perform a stricter pre‑arrival inspection, and we’ve scheduled a deep clean and pest check for the unit. We will replace any rusty utensils, sanitize or replace remotes, and address sticky surfaces as a priority. Regarding the roosters and noise, we know that local wildlife can be disruptive and are reviewing options to help mitigate noise for guests (including assessing window seals). We’ll add clearer notes about neighborhood noise to the listing so expectations are set. Old condo that needs updated

This wasn’t a great experience for me and 2 of my friends who rented it for 3 nights. I have stayed in VRBO’s all over the world and this was one of the worst kept up places I have rented. It feels like it has been a rental for years and the owners haven’t been keeping up with the maintenance or doing any upgrades. While it was clean, it felt dirty due to how ‘hard’ it has been used - walls are banged up and dirty and need painted, baseboards are missing, the old style tile floors are dinghy, 70’s cabinetry/countertops still exist in bathrooms & kitchen, very old/yellowed kitchen appliances, etc. Overall:Very limited hot water (runs out fast, can’t shower in both bathrooms at same time or run washer). I stayed in 2nd bedroom with one friend, so I cannot speak to the master. It had no AC, hard mattresses, ‘teeter totter’ beds (sit on end and other end pops up, room was tiny (no space to set out a suitcase), no room darkening curtains, closet was full so we can’t hang dresses or store emptied suitcases. Balcony: You have to turn off living room and bedroom AC units to be able to sit on the balcony because the AC unit sits on the balcony and it puts out so much hot air. Most of the decor is just plain weird and old. There is fabric covering a closet door, fabric is framed to pose as ‘art’. Bamboo furniture felt very old. Kitchen was fully stocked which was nice. However, no ice maker and only 2 trays to refill, awkward W/D combo in kitchen made space tight
