This spacious home is ideal for large families or groups of friends. If feeling at home while you're away is important, this house could be perfect for you.
At the front, there is off-road parking for a couple of vehicles. Please note that there are steps leading up to the front door. Out back, you’ll find a large yard with spectacular views of the Three Sisters and Mount Fernie—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening sunset.
Inside, you’ll find two separate lounge areas, offering plenty of space to spread out and relax—ideal for larger groups or families. The upper-level lounge is part of an open-plan layout with the kitchen and dining area, making it easy to stay connected while cooking, eating, or unwinding. It features two comfortable sofas, lush houseplants, and a large TV. The lower-level lounge offers a cozy retreat with two smaller sofas and a gas fireplace, perfect for winding down after a day of adventure.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to feel right at home. We provide salt, pepper, cooking oil, and fresh coffee beans—along with a coffee grinder and coffee machine—so you’re all set for your morning brew (just bring your favorite whitener!). The dining table comfortably seats six, making it a great spot for shared meals or game nights.
Each of the three bedrooms is thoughtfully appointed with hotel-quality linens for a restful night’s sleep. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a private ensuite with a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms each have a queen bed and share the main bathroom, which includes a shower over the tub. In addition to the fluffy towels, we also provide locally made hand soap and body wash/shampoo.
For your convenience, there's also a half bathroom located in the basement, along with a washer and dryer for guest use.

This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. Alternatively, the refundable security deposit is held on your credit card and returned in full if no damage occurs; repair costs are deducted if necessary.
