The large top level great room offers an indoor gathering space for all, featuring a Bose surround sound system. A dining area and a spacious kitchen conveniently adjoin the living area. The loft is a great place to catch the sunrise with your coffee or a sunset with a cool beverage. In a multi-level design, the bedrooms offer multiple areas to settle in for some alone time. Kids of all ages will love the huge game room with a pool table, a foosball table, air hockey, and shuffleboard!
The 6 levels are easy to manage with the exterior package lift to tote luggage and groceries from the driveway all the way to the top deck with ease.
Outside, there are expansive decks, with ocean, sound, and lighthouse views. Soak your cares away at the end of the day in the private hot tub.
An oversized driveway offers ample parking.
The community of Monteray Shores offers a plethora of amenities, including an outdoor pool and tennis courts, clubhouse, health club, a playground, a boat dock, and sound access â ideal for taking in picture-perfect sunset views.
